Terrible experience. Triple a jumped my car and I can here to test battery and get it replaced. Knew I should not have listened and turned my car off but I did because they said they couldn’t test it unless the car was off. Once battery was tested, the car would not start again and when I asked if they could replace it they said no….even tho online it said they could. After failing to jump my car the worker said well looks like your stuck and went back inside. Then I had to wait for triple a again

My dashboard brake light came on, so I went to O'Reilly's. The gentleman at the counter was extremely helpful. He came out to the car to check the fluid, and then assisted me with purchasing the correct fluid. He even offered to help me put it in the car! He was. caring enough to recommend that I bring it to a shop to have it checked out as to why the fluid was gone.
I would definitely recommend this store to anyone. The fluid price was less than $6. I left there quite pleased with the entire experience.

*EDIT**O'Reilly's is getting better, if they don't have something they can ship from another store to their store usually within a day. People that work there are always friendly and willing to help... And hey, they are the only parts store in town ?Not a huge fan of O'reilly's. They don't stock a lot of common parts other stores like advanced auto parts does

The young man behind the counter came right out tested my battery and alternator and informed me that I do in fact need a new alternator and he helped me find the best for my car. Very helpful
