Responsive!
Zacc communicates within minutes and fit me into his schedule quickly. My stove was installed and ready to go for Easter!
His knowledge of my stove's features was impressive, given how many are on the market today.

They came to check our refrigerator, which was having several problems. He checked everything and gave us an estimate for the parts and service to fix it. He was honest by stating it would be cheaper to get a new fridge instead! Quick response and friendly. Very happy with the service.
