Greg was able to fix my engine when another marina said it was blown and could not be salvaged. He saved me big bucks and got me back on the water in two weeks. Would highly recommend him.

Dropped off my boat to get shrink wrapped and went to pick up and was told the keys were in the ignition and when I checked after bringing the boat home the keys were not in the boat i called and they shipped out to me. Plus was looking for the owner to call back many times with no return call. I find this unacceptable after a few phone calls and spending plenty of money.

I can't share enough positive feedback about my experiences with West Shore Marine, where I have been a very happy customer for 6 years! This organization services my boat every Spring and Fall, and stores it in the winter. Greg (owner), Nikki (MVP) and their team members are all extremely nice, professional and great at what they do. Their work is exceptional and prices reasonble, and they truly go "above and beyond" in solving customer problems (for example, dealing with my ongoing frustrations with the cheap gauges installed by my manufacturer). I admire the way Nikki multi-tasks, juggling a seemingly endless volume of work and the demands of often "entitled" customers. Greg and Nikki make sure all expections of quality and value are consistently exceeded. And though the retail store is relatively small, they always seem to have whatever supplies I need. They even have impressive young people working at the gas dock. I particulalry admired the amazingly calm manner in which Haley (spelling?) handled a situation I witnessed in the Summer of 22 where 2 clearly drunk knuckleheads were banging into other boats as they tried to maneurver theirs to the pumps. The other employees seem to look up to her, and while I don't know whether or not she's in an official management role, she certainly meets all the criteria of a leader. I hope Greg keeps West Shore Marine in business for at least as long as I own a boat!

We’ve been customers for four years and right from the start the service has exceeded our expectations. Our questions are quickly and professionally addressed. They are extremely accommodating with scheduling. Nikki goes above and beyond to efficiently and effectively provide support. Greg’s knowledge is second to none and on several occasions has answered our technical questions with concise yet understandable responses. We are very grateful and highly recommended their services.

amazing business. We have rented a variety of boats from them over the years and have never been let down. Boats are clean reliable and in almost new condition. Staff is knowledgeable and goes the extra mile to ensure everything is taken care of

My family and I have trusted West Shore with the care and maintenance of approximately 6 boats over the last 20 years. Winter storage, maintenance, weekly gas and at least 2 sales. My 16 year old boat runs like a top!

Greg, Nikki and the entire West Shore Marine team have been super nice and a pleasure to work with. We have been a customer for ~20 years and we have been very satisfied with their services. It a chaotic industry where the short season condenses boats in and boats out in the fall West Shore executes in an effective and efficient manner. The store is well stocked, gas dock services well serviced and shop is great with a wide variety of products. Newfound is lucky to have West Shore.

We rented two pontoon boats -- a 25 hp and a 60 hp. Both vessels were ready to go when we arrived. Zoe, the person who set us up for the day, was helpful and very kind. All in all, it was an A++++++ Day!! Thank you, West Shore Marine.
