Oh this spot was spot on. Their burgers are cooked very well, to request. Fries got the perfect crisp. Service was amazing.

Our new favorite spot for sure! Cannot wait to go back. Great raw bar and food. Beer selection has something for everyone. We had the Oysters, and shrimp for an appetizer followed by the haddock and the seafood bake for entrees.

Overlooking the scenic Pemigewasset River and historic Blair Covered Bridge. Open year round for Lunch and Dinner. Function room available for your special event with seating up to 80 people. In 2014 the Covered Bridge formerly The Country Cow Restaurant and Bar was featured on the Food Network's Restaurant Impossible. Five years later in June of 2019 they revisited the now Covered Bridge for a "Where are they Now" episode which aired July 27th. Out of 190 restaurants only 8 were chosen for a revisit due to their success. You can read more about the story on our website. Our menu features food from around the world, locally sourced as much as possible. Outdoor dining is available in the summer months and is dog friendly.
