Didn't deliver to the address and marked as return to sender but when I went in there the lady at the counter was very helpful and got me my package 👍

My mail was being put into 3 different mail boxes. My wife asked for a hold on my mail and the man there was very rude and acted like she was stupid for asking. Come to find out he never sent the hold through for the important mail we had coming. The male worker there is completely incompetent unfortunately and doesn’t value the people of campton.

Very rude, unorganized, unprofessional. They’ve been delivering my mail into three different boxes. One specific male clerk is very rude to me every time I go in - as if he has any reason to treat me poorly when they continually mess everything up.

I have been getting mail at my house over 20 years. I haven’t been getting my packages and was just told I have to go to the post office to pick them up. They would not deliver.
The man I spoke to was very rude!

Horrible, just horrible. Out of all of the great things I've experienced in Campton, the postal service is a disgrace. Our community does not deserve the lack of give a damn that this federal building has. 0 of 0 stars. Where is my mail? Where are my personal letters that I know should have been delivered days ago? My neighbors aren't getting small packages either. What is going on in this building?
Time for reform.

We ordered several items from Amazon for Prime Day, and this post office - to no one’s surprise - couldn’t handle the influx of packages. Not only did they misplace two of our packages that were confirmed “delivered” by the tracking ID, when we called and literally forced them to hunt them down, they told us they could only hold onto them for two more weeks before they’d send them back to Amazon. Kind of tough since we’re out of the state for a month (and we ordered everything in time to pick up at this post office before leaving town). It’s surprising how terrible this place has been, not just in this instance but many other issues in the past, and it’s still allowed to run, unchecked.

I went in with an important mater and not only were not very helpful but I could hear them talking about my question in the back and saying inappropriate things about me and my question. I don’t recommend going there because the entire staff is completely unprofessional!

No issues. I get all sorts of Amazon deliveries, often the carrier will take it right to my door. Friendly service at the location. Do they make mistakes occasionally? Sure. Still, I am happy with them.
