“Hersey's Transmission Services (HTS) rebuilt the transmission on my 2010 Ford Explorer for about $2,900. They provided a warranty of their work for 1 year or 12,000 miles, whichever came first. About 9 months after the rebuild, my vehicle started acting strange when shifting gears. It would rev too high sometimes and not engage in gear right away sometimes. I brought it back to HTS and they got me in to rake the transmission apart and find the problem. Turns out there was an internal leak causing the problem. I have not encountered any additional problems since.My experience with HTS was very positive and I was happy to find out they honor their warranties, no hard questions asked.
