Their offerings feature raw A2 cow’s milk, raw butter, raw and pasteurized cheeses, pepperoni sticks, and tallow-based bar soaps. The atmosphere is friendly, and the owners are beyond kind, super helpful, and always informative. The farm operates with a self-serve store and uses sustainable methods, with a noted effort towards rebuilding the top soil for nutrient-rich food. We discovered the farm near the end of summer and have been back several times to their store. If you are looking for in season product grown naturally, this is the place. We have ordered the 1/4 pig and will be ordering again soon.
