Everything perfect. Sometimes tough to leave your bar seats for the main dining room!

Fish and chips had no flavor, coleslaw was gummy with buckets of paprika. Burger had bacon hard enough to crack teeth. Booth seats have holes, peeling patch tape, broken springs. Staff was nice and views are neat, but better to eat lunch in town separately, then drive up to this hotel to walk the grounds to enjoy the view and history. Eating here is not recommended.

We did not stay at the hotel so we could not make a reservation ahead of time. We arrived at 4:50 and waited for over an hour for a table to open up in the bar area. The bartender who attended to us was not friendly to me first but after talking to my husband (not knowing that we were together) was super friendly and provided an outstanding service. The food was amazing. We enjoyed our meals very much!

If the prices were commensurate to the experience then I would be more likely to rate this place higher, but they weren't. The prices are what you'd expect from a high end steakhouse, but that is the only thing that the two have in common. The meal was very expensive, but the wine selections were weak, the decor was dated and the service and food were OK. I mean that earnestly, it was OK. Not good or bad, just OK. I had the pork belly over white beans and my wife had the green pea risotto. Both were average, nothing more. I wouldn't recommend either. We weren't guests of the hotel, and based on this experience probably won't be, so perhaps not being restricted to the area makes a difference. Regardless, we won't return.Parking: The restaurants don't have their own parking, so your only option is to park where the hotel guests park, which is limited.

I generally try to be understanding with my reviews and so I will do the same for this one,- Pros -Service: Our waitress was wonderfully friendly and attentive, compared to other establishments we have visited. So for this 4/5- Cons -Food: The food was more lower quality compared to what I've experienced.- The first dish I ordered was the ceasar salad with the grilled chicken. It was extremely undercooked or overcooked? It didn't break up smoothly or cut smoothly. Had the firmness of a t-bone steak or a firm pork chop(not good chicken). The housemade Ceasar dressing did have a good flavor although the portion of dressing applied to the salad was far too much.- The Second dish was the truffled Mac and Cheese. The flavour was just a little strong, although I'm sure it was intended to be this way. My fiance and I had trouble figuring out what was the noodle of the pasta and what was the cheese. It all seemed to be so soft it blended as one.- The Third dish was Green Pea and Chevre Risotto. The amount of Chevre was over powering compared to the other ingredients, it ended up over taking and causing the consistency to become far too soft. Similar to baby food.- The Final dish was the Chocolate pudding cake. This was good. It seemed like a standard dessert piece, it could have used a few more pieces of fruit to accompany it though.

My partner and I went to Bretton Woods to celebrate! On our special day, Myles (?) was a fantastic waiter, going above and beyond with his phenomenal service, even refilling my water without me noticing! And of course who can forget the special complimentary surprise, they made sure our experience was beyond extraordinary and made it memorable for life.Unfortunately our experience did not start that well. The day before, we were greeted with a bartender at the front seating area, where he was definitely attentive for the first 3 minutes when he asked for what we wanted to drink and I said I needed more time. In the next 8 minutes, we waited for him to come by to even raising my hands to catch his attention when he was clearly available but did not come by. Then a family of 4 came, to whom he came and served immediately. He then took their orders, went back to the bar to make each of the 4 drinks, and came back to serve, all the while my arm was raised to get his attention. After 10 to 15 minutes of foolishly raising my arm, I wanted to walk out. Why was I wasting my time with this guy who was clearly ignoring me. But to clear any confusions, I went up and asked him to be served, to which he said "I came by earlier and you didn't know what to drink". Despite being taken aback with the attitude, I retorted "yeah, that was 10 or 15 minutes ago". And of course because he had to, god forbid, do his job, came by. And said "what do you want". Forget basic manners, his attitude made it feel as if I was trying to de-escalate the tension despite just wanting a nice steak dinner! And of course, he came by promptly requesting to clear my plate when there was clearly plenty of food left.I don't know if I was racially profiled, but I held it together to not ruin some special moments just because of one ridiculously rude bartender.Regardless, Myles more than made up for it.Thank you Myles, you were a trooper for saving our vibes :)The place itself has great vibes, great food, and great portions! I strongly recommend the location, especially if you're staying at the hotel!

Me and my family had the best Birthday lunch for my dad's Birthday thanks to the excellent service of Tony ( the waiter). He is a great guy! He made our day wonderful. 5 stars go to Tony.

Our server went above and beyond but the food was inedible. We literally took a bite each and couldn't go further.

We went Stikney's for a family reunion dinner. We thought this was a reputable restaurant. Unfortunately the waiter we had felt we were an inconvenience as he was rude, and treated us poorly. Then he never informed us that a 20% gratuity was already added, so I guess he didn't feel he needed to make an effort to serve us well. Unfortunately we didn't notice the gratuity already taken and we gave him another 20% of course he didn't tell us. The food was overpriced and below average. Don't waste your time or money.

Super disappointed in the quality of food for how expensive both the hotel and the restaurant is. I assume people eat here, because there are very few options in the area if you’re staying at the Omni. Every dish was problematic. The starter, bruschetta, was served on soft doughy bread that hadn’t finished toasting. My pork belly was served as a giant piece (I’ve had pork belly numerous places and never experienced this), and it was too tough to chew. I love pork belly because it is more tender than a porkchop, but this was mostly inedible. I figured I couldn’t go wrong with ice cream for dessert, but it was freezer burned. The service and ambiance were both fine, but I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to anyone.

This establishment has been on my radar for a period of time. I enjoyed it's nourishments recently with a group. We had some juicy ribeye steaks and ate them with no regrets. They were a bit fatty, like Seth Rogen but not so much you couldn't enjoy it. Alexus our waiter made me want to get a new car every time I called for him. Megan the manager was cool like a cold pair of hands in the winter. Overall I would hit this joint with a 4.5 out of 5...or a fist bump in the greeting scale.

We didn't know that we'd need a reservation. It was difficult to find inside the hotel. Once we got there, we were basically ignored by the front staff. When they did finally stop chit chatting to acknowledge us, they stuck their noses up at us and told us it would be a 2 hour wait... by then, the kitchen would be closing soon... we just left.

Impressive old hotel with sweeping views. This is one restaurant on-site. Friendly staff. Menu not huge but everything was well seasoned and cooked. Had burger and steak & cheese wrap.
