“My day yesterday started out, when I showed up for my scheduled appointment at Lake Region Computer (with Mike Brulotte), and was told Mike was out with Covid. It seems the week before they had 2 techs out with Covid and this week now 2 out with Covid. Because they were short handed they asked if I could bring my laptop back another day (so they could transfer the info onto to a new Laptop I was getting from them), and I told them that I was desperate since I have customers I work with daily. They asked me to hold on and Tom Sawyer, the CEO, said he'd make sure somehow it got done! Sure enough he and Dan Weene worked on it and I got a call at at end of the day, that I could go pick it up! So thankful I picked it up and went to see what was new on the laptop early this morning. Then Holly-cow what I found was some different!! Then I got a phone call from Mike (he's back from having Covid)!! He was sooooo helpful in helping me navigate the new setup (glad he's feeling some better). I HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend using Lakes Region Computer for all or any of your Computer issues you won't be disappointed! They are all fantastic!! Thank you LRC!”
