“This store is so cool. They got a bunch of different things including a gnarly blade selection. This is one of those places where even if you don’t need anything, you will probably buy something if you go here.”

“If you get it at the right time there are deals to be had at this outlet, but you must go at the right time. Immediately prior to the season the clothing is regularly priced, as the season peaks prices start to drop, but most sizes are still available, then near the end of the season prices are low, but you’re pretty much out of luck if you are S or greater than XL. Larger sizes will generally have fewer styles and colors throughout the season.”

“I've been here a few times, the owner is a brilliant and nutty woman whose husband is a big deal at Amazon (I remember that!) I've gotten several things here that I absolutely love including a new little alien keychain as well as a long hippie reversible light robe/cardigan and awesome flare jeans. Every time I'm in NH I have to come here hoping to see Penny and finding a new gift for myself. I also just bought a $5 gold cicada-looking ring with a beautiful red stone (fire sign, baby!) cute boutique, worth a visit.”
“Excellent store & staff. I went in there specifically to find some jeans that would look great with new Chelsea boots. She saw the boots, asked me what size pants I typically wear and pulled 5 different pairs off the shelf in minutes. They all fit & looked great. Highly recommend.”
“Walked in looking for a suit for a friend's wedding, not knowing anything about suits. I was approached by an associate who helped me find the correct size for me, offered opinions on the outfit, and helped me order the correct size to be shipped to me. I forget his name, but overall it was one of the best experiences I've had in a retail store.”

“absolutely amazing experience at francescas today. came in looking for a specific kind of dress for a wedding and the staff was INCREDIBLE helping me pick a dress. I told the gal (super sweet blonde and brunette gals helped me out) what color dress i wanted and she got ever option in that color and put it in a dressing room for me. i came out and showed them the dress i liked most and they were ready with shoe and accessory suggestions i will absolutely be using when i pick the other components of the outfit. 10/10 recommend!!”

“The employees were so helpful and friendly but the clothing sizes lacked. Nothing over a size 10 for nicer shirts, 28 in pants, and mostly l in other shirts for women. If you’re a bigger girl you’ll probably just want to skip the trip and order online like I had to.”
