We shopped around a bit for a new hot tub, and ultimately decided to give our business to Abundant Life in Chichester. We were really impressed with our salesperson, Lincoln. Not only was he very friendly and professional, but his extensive knowledge was incredibly helpful while we were selecting what spa would best suit our specific needs.We’ve been impressed from the first time we visited the showroom, with the delivery team, and beyond the sale…Lincoln has continued to check in with us to make sure the spa is running correctly, helping with getting the chemistry just right, etc. etc.Highly recommend Abundant Life.A great company with impressive staff. We will refer anyone who’s in the market for a spa or stove.

Rick came out to our house yesterday to get us set up with a larger Jotul propane stove. He was courteous, professional and clearly cared about making sure everything was just as it should be. That's worth everything when you consider the safety factors involved in dealing with propane fuel. I'm going to use the term "old-fashioned" - in the best sense - it's rare these days to feel like someone really gives a hoot and isn't just in a rush to go to the next job. I'll continue to bring my business to, and recommend, Abundant Life as a well-run and reliable business to support. A RARE FIND these days!

Abundant Life is the BEST! Lincoln, Ryan and Matt are honest and great guys! We purchased our stove here a couple years ago and we now just bought a hot tub - and it is the best! All the guys were so helpful and patient in the process of choosing the best tub for me and my family. Very knowledgeable and always available with help. Knowledgeable sales department. Excellent service department. We bought both our Harmon pellet stoves in 2008 from them and are very happy with both stoves. The service department is terrific with cleanings each year and the service department has been easy to rely on all these years for repairs when needed.

I bought a Hearthstone "Manchester" here last year and had questions regarding adding an ash pan and ash build up. The young sales person who stepped forward to assist me quickly admitted he wasn't the most qualified to answer my questions, then quickly introduced me to a more experienced and seasoned person. The conversation that followed was helpful, informative and reassuring. It was also fun. We I remarked that I found watching the fire burn almost as relaxing as sitting by water, the young sales shared that he agrees and tells his wife the stove is like "caveman TV".

We have made significant purchases from Abundant Life both on the stove and spa side of their business. We have nothing but great things to say about our experiences with them. Their sales people are personable and extremely knowledgeable. They do not push unnecessary items onto you but do offer recommendations for the best use and care of your stove or spa. Most recently we purchased a Bullfrog spa from them, with the direction of Lincoln, their onsite spa expert. He has been incredibly helpful even months after the purchase to make sure we are getting the optimal performance out of our investment. We bought the first spa to accompany our Yurt which we rent out on Airbnb. Our guests have loved the spa and as a result we intend on buying a second spa from Abundant Life for our other Yurt. Look no further than Abundant Life to meet your spa and stove needs.

I’m going on 30 days and I wanted to give a shout out and say thanks great bunch of people Abundant they match a competitor price And beat it. Also great financing. Insulation was a breeze any questions that I had technical They even replied on weekends I’m new to the pellet stove And they were very understanding I just converted over from burning Coal I just purchased a P 68 Harmon I would recommend Abundant life in a heartbeat Ethan in the service team, and the delivery team all great people I appreciate their time and effort they giving me I would recommend Three thumbs up If I had three thumbs

Update:They did finally come out and finish installing our propane fireplace yesterday. It wasn't the 2 weeks we were initially told, but 6 weeks was a little better than the 8 weeks.Yes, two and a half months from when we purchased the fireplace is excessive, but "all is well, that ends well". We do love the Fireplace and the installation guys were great.Go elsewhere! And this is from a repeat customer.$7,500 and 2, going on 3, months later all we have is a damaged (bent louvers), partially installed and non-functioning stove.We purchased a $7,500 propane fireplace on September 5th and were told it would be installed on October 4th. On October 4th the damaged fireplace was partially installed, and we were told they would come back in approximately 2 weeks to install the chase cap and final section of flue pipe and cap.2 weeks came and went and no word from Abundant life. After repeated calls I was finally told they were still waiting on the chase cap to come in and they would let me know when it was in. Still no word from Abundant life, so once again I had to call a couple times before anyone got back to me. On November 3rd I received a message from Matt that they wouldn’t be coming out to complete the installation, and hopefully replace the damaged parts, until November 29th.So, somehow 2 weeks turned into 2 MONTHS!!!!I called and spoke Matt, the manager, and told him we were told it would be 2 weeks to have the installation completed not 2 MONTHS! He was absolutely no help and obviously could benefit from some customer service training. I used to manage customer service call centers for one of the largest banks and one of the largest insurance companies in the country. If one of my reps ever used as many excuses as Matt used, they would have been looking for a new job.Matt said “we’re just a small company”, “I didn’t know it was a rush”(hello, it’s November!) and “he could have communicated better”.It’s funny(actually sad), Matt never mentioned any of that as he was taking our $7,500, required to be paid in full, and making commitments he never planned to meet. That should have been a big Red Flag, but I missed it. No one else including the framer, electrician, HVAC installer, plumber, cabinet company, counter company, etc, etc required full payment in advance.I told Matt if they’re not coming out until November 29th, they can just come out and remove the fireplace and return our $7,500. I’ll be contacting our bank on Monday and filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I will also be contacting the fireplace manufacturer and recommending they do a better job of screening which companies they allow to carry and represent their product.You’ve been warned. Be smarter than we were and take your money elsewhere.

I just purchased a stove from Abundant Life and each time I called, all my questions were answered. Matt was who I spoke with when I went in to look at the stoves and he also helped with figuring out the stove pipe pieces I needed to make my situation work. He was very knowledgeable and helpful each time I went in.

We purchased both a pellet stove and hot tub. Our pellet stove was delivered and installed by abundant life. They were the consumate professionals. Came and left and it looked amazing. I was worried about having a huge pipe coming out of the stove and the install was able to be done in a way that we cannot see the pipe at all. Totally professional. They took the time to show us how to operated and even gave us some tips to keep our stove running for many many years. Our hot tub would not start right way after we had it wired. Lincoln was out with in 15 minute and in an hour had it up and running. Totally impressed. Who comes out on a Saturday to fix something? The staff is amazing. I would highly recommenddthem to anyone. Glad we found them. We are now customers for life!

Last year we bought a wood stove. We had difficulty running it properly. We asked if we could trade it in for a pellet stove. They worked with us to make the switch including removal and installation. With this willingness to keep our business, they have another satisfied customer.
