Very knowledgeable and the staff are so friendly and courteous! Coffee is free and the store is fully stock. Come on in ladies with the hubby's and kids in tow. You can shop.. no Gucci btw but top notch for camping gear and supplies for your camping ventures!

Not new to the travel trailer world. This would be the first time I felt I should give a review. “Dian Howard” was our salesman and had followed the process from beginning to end which made everything easier being we live far away. Wasnt the pushy saleman as we have had in the past and was more compassionate to what we wanted. We had an excellent summer 2023.I would highly recommend if your in the market looking for a new/used trailer and go to Campers World in Chichester, NH ask for “Dian Howard” you’ll be glad you did.

This place sucks. Destroyed my Super C because they let it freeze. They had it for a month, prior to freezing temperatures, didn’t work on it until I was standing in the shop - literally standing in front of them. So, I waited another 4 hours. Additionally, I was told they had all the parts, but when time to check out, I was told otherwise. They would send me the last part in the mail! Give me a break. After getting home, I discovered water all over my basement - because it was sitting on their lot for a month, lines froze. After diagnosis and trouble shooting, we find the fridge water line inlet froze and cracked causing water to geyser out and flood my basement. So, shut off the water valve and they order part. Then, the next night out camping, my shower was spouting water from two different places. All because they didn’t work on my rig and let it sit for a month. I should also say that I tried for a week to get my rig back but couldn’t get a hold of the service rep - emails, voicemails and messages via the front desk never returned. Another issue when I picked up the rig, one of my slides wasn’t closing all the way. It wasn’t like that when I dropped it off but Camping World takes no responsibility. The senior service manager flipped his nose up to me - ref sitting on the lot for a month and freezing - because they have units that sit for 3,4,5 months! Disrespectful and absolutely horrendous customer service from the start. I could go on and on about issues and frustrations but I’ve wasted enough of my time and money with this place.

Avoid this place at all costs! Their only goal is to sell you something - there is NO support afterwards. The service department is a joke. I dropped my camper off September 29th for winterization and a few small warrantee items. It's now December 4th and it's not finished. The were nice enough to call the other day and notify me that my Cummins Onan 400 generator was stolen. Most definitely an inside job. There was ZERO damage to the generator compartment (they used a key) and it's not as if the generators are small. It had to take 2 people to get it out!!Oh yea - They said MY insurance has to cover it!!!!!

We bought a used class A motorhome from here. It was a delight to deal with such friendly helpful people. BJ our sales man was knowledgeable and no pressure. Everything that was promised was done. I would definitely recommend buying from this dealer

We bought our 2021 wildwood 24rlxl camper in Chichester camping world it was not preped like it should of been. 1) it was not cleaned there was dog hair under the couch 2) The outside door latch was not fixed and we told the sales person Nick that had to be fixed that 4 days before pickup. 3)We were promised to get a dish dry rack. Witch normally comes with this camper and it was not included. We did get a break on the prep charge but it was never done. Like I said this camper was never cleaned. 2hrs we stood around with waiting for the camper door to be fixed and the mound of paper work to sign. That was ridiculous. My wife and I felt they took the prep money and didn't do anything to clean it. We had to tell the customer service guy to fix the door . And we told them about the dry rack but they told us it was a sales person responsibility. Well in my opinion that is communication on there part to look into it. The customer should not do the leg work. So I might be looking elsewhere if we decided to purchase in the future. Probably go private sale. The thing that got me from the start when we got in the office was nick slapped with $1700 before we even negotiate on price . Ya like I said we might go private or a different dealer. Hided charges is not my idea of good faith. Not to mention prep charges they didn't do from the start.

The advertise a price then when you go in their the price goes up within minuets and continues to go up until you sign. First camper purchase was good experience, second brand new camper went up $6000 before I could sign. You basically got to have a 800 to 850 credit score or you end up with high payment high rate. 200 more dollars than quoted a month and they blame it on the banks. Wasn't happy. Looking elsewhere, kind of sleazy tactics. Bate and switch

We had purchased a camping trailer from Camping World of NH. The entire purchase transaction was done with many wonderful people. They wanted to form a relationship with me that insured continued business. But, there was never any pushy or uncomfortable moments. Fast forward a year. The reason we purchased the trailer for was no longer needed. Not knowing what to do, I called Campibg World of NH to see if they were interested I'm buying it back. That's when I first knew of Sales Manager, David Holman.David, as other people we had worked with, was absolutely caring and understanding. He said he needed to check with his Manager to see. Within 2 days he called me back with the good news they were interested in buying it back. I had to copy a few items and fax them over. The trailer was picked up and went through a 49 point inspection. After which, he called me to say we had a deal. I accepted their offer and set up a time to finalize the paperwork. David was even nicer in person. He made us feel comfortable, went over some paperwork. After a few signatures he came back to us with a check. I would recommend Camping World of NH to anyone in the greater Northern New England area. Many thanks to David Holman and the entire Camping World team.

We decided to sell our LTV Unity and tried unsuccessfully to do it ourselves. our main hurdle was the awning needed replacing and the company that made them had big delays in delivery. We went to Camping World in Chichester, NH and talked with David Holman. He was very forthcoming in our options for outright purchase by CW or via consignment. it was a tough decision but we settled on CW buyout with them taking care of the awning problem. it was all handled quickly and professionally and David especially was very honest and personable. Should we ever decide to shop again for a camper, we shall first check out Camping World to see what they have to offer.

Overall my experience with this business has been horrendous. The quality of their products is unbelievably poor as is the customer service. They have no care for their customers. My new camper has had nothing but issues from before it even left the lot. Even brand new I quickly learned that the unit itself was built poorly. Camping world seems to not care that their units are barely functional and will do everything they can to get out of the repairs and doing them correctly. They show absolutely no remorse for their unsatisfied customers, even on a corporate level. Please never purchase anything from here.

I would NOT recommend buying your camper/RV through Camping World. My husband and I bought our camper from them and the experience continues to be a nightmare 1 year later. We have not been supported with the issues we've had with our camper as there has been terrible communication and follow through from day one. Trying to resolve warranty related issues has been mentally exhausting and in the end we gave up and are fixing the issues ourselves/going elsewhere.Their policies are not written in a customer friendly manner. In hindsight, we wish we had bought our camper through a different company. I think we could have saved ourselves from pointless expenses and many, many headaches.

I reluctantly gave them one star. I bought a new 2023 camper, which has had multiple problemsMost recently, the awning broke and it was undrivable.Called service department everyday for 5 days and nobody returned my callEvery time I called they guaranteed I would get a return call which never cameOn day three, they actually suggested I speak to a manager which I did and he promised me he would speak to them and have them call me within 30 minutes and I still never heard from them. I tried to call the manager back, and left messages but he also did not return my callsI was literally told I would probably have to take the 45 minute trip to the shop to get any attention from the service department . Seriously !? Thats customer service!!??

It's been a long time since I needed camping equipment, but my friend needed a camp chair for his trip. I will say that because it is the end of the season, the choices for non repair items were limited, but what was their was of good quality and reasonably priced for a camping equipment only store. He chose a foldable rocking chair. The chair is lite and works well. I wouldn't mind having this chair for my patio.

Deceptive sales practices! We reached out to make an online offer on a camper. The response we received (apparently from a Corporate person) was that they were accepting reasonable offers and that ours was a reasonable one and to head on in to the retail location to discuss the deal. The sales person was very nice but told us that they could not get anywhere close to this deal- in fact, only offered $70 off of the sticker price. We were very transparent in our offer that we were not interested in paying anything higher and did not want to waste anyone's time. If only Camping World could have had the same consideration for our time and saved us the trip and frustration. On the way out, we could hear another unhappy customer yelling about lack of communication and not getting his camper.Don't trust what the online sales people tell you when they call. Obviously they will say anything to get you in the door and leave the cleanup of angry customers to the local sales guy.Not a good look, Camping World!

What a great experience working with Nick buying a travel trailer. Smooth process, no pressure, and he was very helpful with ideas as a first time camper! The service walk through was also great! Id recommend to anyone?
