I bought a tractor from these people 4 years ago and I am completely satisfied with the machine the service and parts department just good old fashion hospitality with modern day technology it's hard to fine these days .

Amazing staff, bought my tractor from them in 2021 and they have been so wonderful to work with in the years that have transpired. We couldn't be more pleased with the service and expertise during our multiple visits. We were warmly greeted, no high pressure sales pitch, and all of our questions were answered completely. The staff has gone long lengths to address an additional purchase request.

Recently purchased a dk series tractor from Concord tractor. Staff listened to what I was looking for and guided me to the right machine/attachments. Not pushy and nice to buy from a family owned business. Would highly recommend checking them out even if you currently own a different brand. Kioti is the future

AVOID
Drove by the other day and remembered that i had gone here to buy a tractor during covid(rx73), business owner/land owner. The staff was rude and dismissive. The guy said to me " no disrespect but . . . ". Verbatim, he actually said that. Maybe it was because i was rocking the blue pants with god knows what on them but i dont work in an office like he does. Bought one the next day in belchertown(there's an exemption for the sales tax). so everything ended up working out, i have a tractor and they have a one star review.

Bought brand new CK 2620 HST SE in July 2023, very happy with the purchase of my 1st tractor. Had a minor issue with the tractor on my farm in Glenwood Maine in the middle of the woods that the tractor wouldn't start and someone from above looking down on me, cause there's no cellar service where I am allowed the call to the service department and the technician spoke with me and told me to check a couple of fuses and I was back in action and thanked him. The Dealership is very professional and friendly and encourages you to ask questions and I'm very pleased that I chose Concord Tractor for my purchase.

I could not be happier! I spent a long time looking at and reviewing tractors on the internet and in person. This has been my first purchase, and one that I wanted to get right the first time. This is also the first review I have ever written, but I felt compelled as reviews happen to be how I found and selected Concord Tractor. All of the reviews on Google and in chats regarding this dealership are spot on. The ease by which I was able to look at, test drive, and eventually purchase was smooth and at my own pace. Customer service is truly at the heart of the dealership, and it shows in each interaction I had with their staff. From sales, to financing, to delivery it was all done with class.
