Irene was very nice and so helpful. I wanted bird seed and a kit-kat and I was 49cents short and she reached into her pocket and pulled it out. Best experience in a while. God bless you tractor supply worker's.

Getting tired of the attitude of the young kids that don't want to work here. If you don't want to fill propane, don't offer it. I think we're going to start filling our propane down the street at Camping World and buying our dog food online. This has been ongoing for months now.

Purchased a brand of Tractor Supply exclusive Rapid Grow grass seed, "guaranteed to grow". It didn't. I went to the store, told them I purchased the seed a month/month + ago, but didn't have the receipt. Without trying to look up the receipt in the store, I am a rewards member, they told me to contact the home headquarters. They also told me that they could not take back purchases after one month, that they could not help me and that I would have to contact the manufacturer. I did contact the TSC help line and the individual there was able to find the receipt. As it turns out, had they looked it up in the store, they would have found out that I was within the month deadline. In a follow-up call to TSC customer Care I was told that they couldn't help me and that I would have to call the manufacturer. I told her that there was no number listed for the manufacturer, either on the bag or on line. She gave me a number to call and then told me that no one answers the phone there, and that I would have to call and leave a massage. I went around and around with this rep about how this was an exclusive TSC product, and that I thought that TSC would address the issue. She insisted that I had to call and leave message with the manufacturer. In addition to telling me that she,a representative from the customer care team, could not address my problem, she also told me that I would have to have the store address the issue. I , once again, explained that the people in the store referred me to her. Long story short, I am waiting for a call from a manufacturer with no real expectation that he call will ever come.

There was only 1 employee inside at the register. We asked to get some chickens and she said it was going to be awhile. We waited about half an hour in the store waiting for someone to come around. When we looked at the cashier she didn’t have anyone to help and was sitting in her booth eating Cheetos. We walked out with nothing.

I'm a farmer in NH. I have issues with the deicer water trough heaters every year, so I buy the Protection+ warranty because I know they will need replaced. The warranty company wants me to ship it back to them, wait a while and get a gift card for the oruchse price. I can't do that with livestock. The folks at this store go above and beyond to ensure my animals have water in winter. I just bring in the broken ones and they exchange it and deal with the warranty company themselves. Thank you TSC!
