The culture of Dunkin' is alive and well and we are all here for it. The thing about Dunkin' is that you almost expect it to be a hot mess at this point. You pull up AS IF you're about to witness a dumpster fire... inside the lobby... surrounded by a gang of raccoons roasting munchkins. There just isn't much that can disappoint you when you're expectations are already so depressingly low, ya know? More than likely, you need a caffeine fix, so you don't care if the line is 27 cars long, if the person taking your order is rude, or if the menu has water damage so badly that you can only read half the items. You already know what you want and you will wait to get it because, let's face it, you're already late for wherever you're going next. The kicker is that literally no one will care that you're late when they see you walk in with your Dunkin' cup. We've all just accepted that this is part of our reality now. Dunkin' people are built different and we all know and love this fact. We want to be a part of that demographic, even if just for a few moments, as we make our way through the sketchy, back-alley drive-through at 7:64 AM, during a snow storm, to get a large iced-coffee so we can survive that 8AM meeting.

Gotta love Dunkin, I mean the country runs on it right!? I prefer the Dunkin on Charlestown Rd. The one on Washington Ave. Is always busy especially in the morning's. Check it out!

Their incompetence is staggering. Don't even try the drive thru unless you have about 45 minutes to wait for a bagel and a drink.

The drive through was about 10+ cars long so I went inside to order while on my way to drop my daughter at the amtrack train on Saturday, late morning. There was no line inside. I stood at the counter for at least ten mins while the 4 employees stood there chatting about someone that should retire. They didn't open the drive through window or take any orders while I was in there. It took that long for anyone to acknowledge me. They said we'll be right with you ,then continued on with their conversation. I left at that point. It was absolutely ridiculous. Don't go to Claremont Dunks!

Confused because this location has the worst drive thru lane. With a gate blocking off the only exit space, so if you’re stuck in line and late for work, oh well! There’s no getting out of this line. The very narrow line wraps around, very inconvenient for those who change their mind halfway through. If you order ahead wanting to skip the line because it’s almost in the street, and you ordered 20 minutes ago, the lines not moving, you decide to go inside and grab it yourself, no one talks to you. They ignore you even when you ask about your order, as if it’s inconvenient for them… I, for sure can never get enough of melted, watered down coffee ?

Always nice to my husky, and the staff work hard, even when short staffed to keep up with the orders and rude customers dont make the job easy. I've always appreciated my local dunks, one recommendation I would make is a limitation on number of drive through orders, large orders only accepted walk in or through the app but no more than 4 items ordered in drive through. When someone is ordering a large quantity, there is no way to leave the drive-through to come inside to avoid waiting behind someone being inconsiderate and taking 10-15 minutes to order. It would also give you advanced warning of a large order and not back up the drive thru line for long periods of time. Appreciate you all, love this locations hard work and effort!

Rude employees who can barely get drinks right. Line barely moves, expect to spend ~15 minutes waiting. The Dunkin on Charlestown Rd is much, much better. Don’t bother with this one. Also, letting employees smoke cigarettes 10 feet away from the ordering speaker completely unobscured is probably the trashiest thing I’ve ever seen at a Dunkin’ Donuts

Awesome experience. The line kept moving even though it was crazy long. Staff were happy and the order was correct.

I was waiting in line , a gentleman ordered a large amount of muffins. Zack went to package them but everything he reached for was out of stock, he problem solved and went above and beyond with grace and poise.Superior service and excellence to the remaining customers as well.
