Disappointing experience with Home Depot. I wasn't informed of what I'd need to get my appliances installed and trying to get them to assist wasn't worth the effort. I have damaged appliances; one of which they are supposed to replace and I haven't heard from them in a week.

I got an email last week from Home Depot asking me to review a gate that we had ordered. I wrote a one star review and forgot about it. Today I get another email saying they would not use my review because it didn't meet their guidelines. Here's the review I wrote:
