I loved it!! It was an amazing and cute store with a wide range of selection, there was excellent customer service and I had an overall positive experience during my time there. The lady running the store was very kind and let me and my friend keep our bags behind the counter so we didn’t have to carry them around during our shopping. She had great pricing on everything and was very helpful with helping us find everything, she’s a lovely lady and I would 100% recommend this shop for anybody who likes to go thrifting, there are so many little trinkets and beautiful/cute clothes there (for all sizes). Overall a definite 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Well as myself and a friend went to go in the store the owner stopped us as we tried to enter and we were told that we can't come in with the kids in the stroller we had this need to be improved ASAP or you will keep losing customers

I love this shop. I’ve found vintage Dolce and Gabana here!! The owner, Laurie, is so sweet and very helpful if you’re looking for something specific. She’s always open and also raises money for the animal shelter next door. There’s never a dull moment in the store since it’s full of treasures! Also the pricing is fantastic! I never feel gouged on anything! Great place to stop in on your thrifting expedition! They also have a loyalty card so don’t forget to bring it on your next visit!! It’s worth it to fill it out for her deep discounts!!

In my experience this store is the best thrift store in New Hampshire! Prices are well within my budget. The selection is top notch!

Extremely well organized store, profits benefit Humane Society. Some of clothing I looked over had rips/heavy wear/small stains, but I found pieces in good condition as well. Play area for children is a nice touch.

The store is listed open at 1130am on a Wednesday. I've been here sitting out front since 1110 am. I called the store. The answer machine says it's open at 1045 am. And there's a sign on the door saying back at 1145 am.

This is the 2nd time in under 6 months we've visited this shop. The shop itself is quite cramped and there's literally no room to move the clothing over even an inch. Move one belt and 6 fall to the floor. The staff isn't very welcoming at all; said not one word to us when we walked in and are too busy talking amongst eachother rather than assisting their customers. In addition, my son and I were CONSTANTLY watched by one of the women working there (tall women with longer brown hair) And I mean stalked as if we were shoplifters from the moment we stepped into the shop!! This woman hid behind shelving units watching literally every single step he made and when she wasn't watching him, she was staring at me and what was or wasn't in my hands. It was extremely uncomfortable and highly UNwelcoming. My and her eyes met at least 7x and even more with my son as he too couldn't miss being stalked like a hawk. The place is high priced compared to the others in and around the surrounding areas. There is also an extremely limited supply of men's clothing. I'm a very reasonable woman and am also not a shoplifter; neither are my children. We are just regular people looking to shop for 2nd hand clothing at a reasonable price. While I understand keeping an eye on people but stalking your every move was just too much for the both of us. We will NEVER EVER shop here again and will not recommend this shop to our family or friends. You'll be happier with the service and prices at Changes right up the street. You'll also be treated like a customer and not a lowly shoplifter.
