“Pam is more than amazing. I ordered from Amazon 7 nightgowns for my 89 y/o mother who lives in Claremont (I live in Michigan). None of them fit. I called Pam and we worked out a way to get them sent back. I faxed her the AMZ returns with QR codes. There was also one that needed to be sent with mailing label via USPS. My mother was having difficulty in getting the nightgowns to the UPS office, so....Pam ACTUALLY went to my mother's apartment and picked them up, then dropped the one off at the PO and went back to the store to package and return the ones with the QR codes. All this AFTER her shift had ended!!! This woman went way over and beyond anything I would have ever expected. She was so kind and friendly. Talk about customer service, I mean really!!!!! Pam, you're the BEST!!”
