Our salesperson, Karyn, was very helpful and price matched the local big box store's going rate for a mattress and box spring. The delivery men offered clear communication, arrived on time, were respectful of our space and needs, and removed our old mattress and box spring for a nominal fee. We are delighted at the quality and comfort of our new mattress and box spring and feel good knowing we are supporting a local business in the Upper Valley!”

“I want to give a huge thank you to the manager at the store. Several months ago he helped us get a new mattress. He was kind and patient and delivered the mattress and box spring to our home. I forgot to get the correct cash for the delivery and over paid him at the time. I forgot that he was supposed to bring me change back. A couple of months went by and he stop by our house after a delivery and gave me the cash back for over paying on the delivery fee.
This shows me he is a man of integrity and honesty. Most managers would not take the time to do this. I would recommend him to anyone that was looking for good service and good pricing. Thank you for your kindness and honesty.”

“I don't rent furniture or anything but I feel for the crew on folks who don't pay their bills??‍♀️ and those people who give the phone numbers of others for their bills when they have their own phones... ugh I also feel because they come to get their stuff and can't never those same folks won't answer the door... just call and set up a payment plan... had an ex who worked for rent a center I know the drill they are nice AND WILL WITH YOU”
