Leased a vehicle in the spring. Wasn't happy with the payment I expressed it was too high for me. Jason the manager told me after seeing my income I could afford this no problem. I told him I was very nervous e about it and didn't feel comfortable with it. He told me that at anytime if I felt I was going to fall behind to come see him and he would take care of me no questions asked and get me into a different vehicle with a much more reasonable payment. Feeling pressured I reluctantly signed the lease paperwork. Well here I am almost 7 months later, my husband has been in about ofthe hospital since august we both have had to miss lots of work because of this I have called the dealership many times.. they tell me they will see what they can do.. they have since stopped answering my calls. I try text messaging I believe I must of been blocked. I will never recommend this dealership to anyone. They don't care about their customers. They fill you with false promises. Side note: I went to this dealership because my son bought a vehicle from them in Feb and it seemed to go smoothly.

Refused to refund full amount. Look for a different dealer. If you can. Deceptive sales practices and lack of integrity. Took a refundable deposit and when eventually requested refund. Refused to refund full amount and kept a service charge. Was initially told it was oversight but now refuses to return my calls by sales manager and finance.

Sales person was super nice, not pushy. But they wasted 11 days of a 20 day temp plate sitting on the vehicle registration when we could have registered it ourselves.

I would call our experience a 4 1/2. We had a most pleasant experience with James Dion and would encourage those shopping for a car to seek him out. He is friendly, personable, and knowledgable. My half point reduction has to do with delivery of our Rav 4 Hybrid. McGee seems so interested in delivering cars as close to arrival as possible that two issues arose for us. One I caught by accident when checking out the screens available on the dashboard and found that tire pressure was not reduced from the 51 psi used in transport to the 36 psi, normative for the tires. The second involved plugs, intended to plug tie down holes used in event of having to tow, that I found in the console when I got home. An unecessary trip to Claremont ensued. We had a generally fine experience, found James to be to be attentive and informative, and would recommend McGee Toyota, but pay attention at delivery.

My son had gotten into an accident that totaled his car. He wanted another Toyota so we decided to make an appointment with CJ at McGee Toyota. We told CJ what we were looking for and he managed to put some options together for us. He was very knowledgeable with each car he presented to us and was thorough in explaining the key features of each car. My son really liked one of the vehicles CJ showed him and so we decided to purchase the car. CJ was very thorough when explaining the financing to my son. He made the entire process very seamless. If you are ever in the market for a new Toyota, go visit CJ at McGee Toyota of Claremont and he'll make sure to give you the best deal and best service.

Satisfied with the sales experience. We bought a used truck from them and Joe did a good job with everything. They also didn't try selling us a truck as "Toyota certified" that had notable physical damage (or a minivan that had a damaged boot door after it was reversed into something, along with internal damage), unlike another dealership in NH.We haven't tried their service department yet.My only critique is that they need to update their site and social media presence with their active sales hours; they didn't state anywhere whether their hours were different on Memorial Day, so we drove the hour (each way) to find they had closed two hours earlier. Their website also says that the sales department is open from 8:30am, but when I called at 8:35 I was told by a receptionist that their sales team wasn't available until 9. While not a huge deal, it's a small detail that shouldn't be inconsistent.

The person I worked with was ok, but even though I know they didn't know when the car was gonna be here, they told me a week in advance that the car would be here and I waited a week. Reluctantly, I signed the papers because "that's how it works when waiting for delivery of the car". I waited a week, and signed the lease and already started paying for it, and I didn't even get the car until about a week later. They also "accidentally" charged me double for the first payment, which took forever to get back. I also never got a full tank of gas, which sounds nitpicky but it does say on the vehicle description that there should be a full tank of gas. This isn't the first experience I have had with them. Neither of them is great and the salesperson was very pushy onto leasing instead of financing. Wouldn't recommend if you want to be waiting forever and mislead.

I had a flawless visit for maintenance on my Toyota RAV4 yesterday at McGees. I was welcomed a few minutes before my appointment. Everyone was friendly and helpful, the waiting room was clean and arranged for comfortable social distancing. Thank you for your courteous and friendly service.

Warranty recall. Parts ordered...they call and set me up with an appointment. I show up. They fix it fast. It was free. And they had a gorgeous waiting room with a fireplace, HD TV and free coffee. And staff was very friendly and didn't try to sell me anything. 5 stars.
