Customers find a wiper that fits a BMW and appreciate the staff's willingness to help, even when a part is not in stock until 8:00 am. Employees are praised for being awesome, helpful, and quick, getting customers back up and running in the shortest time possible. Though some note the price is a little high, many are still pleased with their purchases and plan to bring friends and family.
My wife had lost all faith in me as a man after like the 5th failed attempt trying to swap wiper blades on her VW. Luckily John at Oriellys set me up. Took 2 mins once I had the right ones!!!! Thanks John needed a win!!!!

Even though they didn’t have what we needed they were still very helpful and helping remedy a situation with our windshield wiper so we could at least drive and see in the rain. They had recommended rain eggs since our windshield wiper was broken. Was very pleasant and courteous thank you
