I was waiting on AAA for a tow in the heat. Called John’s Family Car Care and told Ron the situation and he ended up coming out immediately to get me bc they also have a towing company. He brought me and vehicle back to shop and the guys got to work right away.
Bottom line is I had my vehicle back in under 4 hours for an alternator and belt on a Highlander, ANDDDD the pricing was honest and reasonable. I know exactly zero percent of zero about cars and they did not take advantage of this fact. After the work was done I asked a couple friends and they said for what it was, they were very fair to me.
I’m taking the time to write this bc I started off the afternoon stuck on the side of the road, in July in a field with no shade thinking this was going to be a real doozy of a day. But I ended up feeling totally taken care of. I def have a new car place that I trust, so yay!
