Arrived a couple of minutes late for my 8:00am appointment and when I pulled in, there was Nicole waving at me with her big smile. I said “so with the basic oil change and tire rotation I should be outta here in about 20 minutes right?” It was about 25 minutes later she came out to waiting area and said “you’re all set “. Easy-peasy. No charges no surprises just quick turn around and back on the road. Great job by all.

Nicole greeted us -- work was accomplished efficiently and later she apprised us of maintenance (tires, etc) we would be looking at in the next half year or so. We were given an estimate for tires that would be far superior in wear and performance on our vehicle.

The employees were incredibly polite and knew exactly who I was and why I was there. That is always a plus for any business. I felt very comfortable as I waited. On the negative side, the cover to my fuse box was left off. I also anticipated an inspection being done. That was the reason I had the work done in the first place. When I was there previously they did do an inspection. I wear told they could not do an inspection but no reason was given. When I bought the car I was supposed to get free lifetime inspections. The car is registered in Vermont. If that is the reason, they should have to be able to inspect for both Vermont and anew Hampshire as the dealership is in a border town.

Nicole was perfect. Service was a little slow as when I dropped my vehicle off for service. 3 hours later just for tire rotation. Then I realized from the service dept. They were also doing 2 recalls. Would have been nice to know about the recalls as I am thinking to myself wow that's a long time to rotate tires

Leased a vehicle in the spring. Wasn't happy with the payment I expressed it was too high for me. Jason the manager told me after seeing my income I could afford this no problem. I told him I was very nervous e about it and didn't feel comfortable with it. He told me that at anytime if I felt I was going to fall behind to come see him and he would take care of me no questions asked and get me into a different vehicle with a much more reasonable payment. Feeling pressured I reluctantly signed the lease paperwork. Well here I am almost 7 months later, my husband has been in about ofthe hospital since august we both have had to miss lots of work because of this I have called the dealership many times.. they tell me they will see what they can do.. they have since stopped answering my calls. I try text messaging I believe I must of been blocked. I will never recommend this dealership to anyone. They don't care about their customers. They fill you with false promises. Side note: I went to this dealership because my son bought a vehicle from them in Feb and it seemed to go smoothly.

I arrived on time for my 0800 appointment to change my summer tires out for my winter tires. At 0851 I received a text saying green is good which told me that I would be leaving shortly. Two hours went by now it is 10:51 and I have not spoken with ANYONE. Shortly thereafter a young man came out of the greeting area and asked me why I was still here. I instructed him that I don’t know where my vehicle is but that I had received a message stating green was good 2 hours ago. He told me that that was diagnostics and that I had the worst technician working on my car who knew nothing about the computer system. I was not told I was getting an alignment as I had not needed one my prior visit I never gave it a thought. But of course that is what happened and I was forced to pay for it in order to get my car and leave. The tech took my car for a test drive so again I waited. I left at 11:50. I have issues surrounding length of appointment before but trying to remain loyal to where I leased the vehicle. I can no longer commit to using McGee Toyota. 3 hours to change tires and to belittle a coworker is unimaginableService: Auto body & trim repair

Refused to refund full amount. Look for a different dealer. If you can. Deceptive sales practices and lack of integrity. Took a refundable deposit and when eventually requested refund. Refused to refund full amount and kept a service charge. Was initially told it was oversight but now refuses to return my calls by sales manager and finance.

I was actually a week early for the service on my 2021 RAV4 and didn’t realize it but Alec said no problem and he made it work. That was much appreciated because I’m 40 minutes away from the dealership.Services: Tire rotations

it is a wonderful pleasure to thank the service mechanics personally for their expertise and care while updating the services needed. I always make a point to thank the team and I want them to know this is important and not just another item to check off!!Alex has been excellent and hears my concerns. The mechanics I have dealt with have been very honest and able to help decide where and when I need to plan ahead. I do make a point to suggest McGee but I also am aware that different people have different experiences.

This was my first visit to McGee. I was greeted in service by John. He was pleasant, efficient and professional. The waiting area was very comfortable with coffee, water and a vending machine, if needed. John stayed in touch with me through the service. The tech team did a great job on my car. I will be a McGee customer for a very long time.
