My husband was having trouble with his phone & couldn't get the QR code needed for a return. The manager, Pam, kept the item & gave him her cell # so I could text it to her, saving him a 1/2 hour trip back. Great customer service!

Dumbest hours I've ever seen. Most people don't even get out of work until 5 and they close at 5:30? Literally if they would stay open until 6 it would be perfect.

Pam is more than amazing. I ordered from Amazon 7 nightgowns for my 89 y/o mother who lives in Claremont (I live in Michigan). None of them fit. I called Pam and we worked out a way to get them sent back. I faxed her the AMZ returns with QR codes. There was also one that needed to be sent with mailing label via USPS. My mother was having difficulty in getting the nightgowns to the UPS office, so....Pam ACTUALLY went to my mother's apartment and picked them up, then dropped the one off at the PO and went back to the store to package and return the ones with the QR codes. All this AFTER her shift had ended!!! This woman went way over and beyond anything I would have ever expected. She was so kind and friendly. Talk about customer service, I mean really!!!!! Pam, you're the BEST!!

Pam is an extraordinary person working there! I had an unusual package problem and she was able to help me figure it out. She went above and beyond trying to figure out information and ultimately she's one in a million. Thank you Pam for being such a wonderful person. I hope she gets the recognition she deserves! 10 stars!

The women working the counter was so friendly and helpful. She generously helped me print a label for my package as well as tape up my package even though it needed to be delivered through the post office. I really appreciated it and recommend going here if you like friendly and helpful service!
