Michael and Kaitlyn were and are fantastic. I Have been a regular here for years now.. they always so careful and caring with my issues. At 83 I. Am not very techy but they are always easy and patient to explain to me to help me understand and leave calmed down again.... Yeay for them....

Kaytelynn was the person who helped me out, she was kind, respectful,and clear about everything she said. We were in there for less than an hour. I didnt feel overwhelmed or pressured to get an expensive phone either, 10/10 would love to see her again!
