“Outstanding, the single best car buying experience I’ve had (and I’ve had a lot over many years). Every aspect of it was great - from the test drive to the straight forward and reasonable pricing, to the closing and paper work. Felicia was absolutely terrific and made us feel very welcome and well taken care of, answering any questions we had. No pressure, no up charges or hidden fees, no games; just a uniquely seamless, pleasant and efficient experience that I honestly didn’t know you could have at any dealership. Don’t get me wrong, I’ve been romanced by a dealership in the past but you know that’s what they’re doing - that’s not what this is. It was an authentically good experience; nice people doing good work, caring for their customers and making sure every aspect was well covered and taken care of. Really excellent and I look forward to doing further business with them in the future.”
