We recently switched to North Country Pharmacy because they are easy to get along with. They do not give older people such a hard time , especially for maintenance meds. The only thing that is tough is they are not open on Sat and Sun. Maybe they could consider being open on Sat from 9 am to 1pm? so that we do not get stuck for two days without the certain meds we consider maintenance medications.? Just a suggestion

Now, I don't use this pharmacy myself, however it's been great for my Dad. He likes the people there and they have had great customer service with him.

The way I was greeted was with attitude and all I asked for was my medicine. High u professional and when you don't feel good the last thing you need is someone who hate there Job giving you attitude.

They dont seem to know what they are doing. They put you on same day call lists and dont get you in or forget to put you on it. This just isnt a good health care clinic at all!

I/we have been very uncomfortable with the service of all besides Dr.Soucy and his nurse Diane. Besides the two of them others come off really rude. It feels like they treat people like everyone is lying about illnesses and like everyone is just seeking drugs. We have been so uncomfortable to the point we may look for another provider. Which is a very hard and heartbreaking decision as Dr. Robert Soucy is a Great physician and we have been with him for 7yrs. And Diane his nurse is phenomenal. In my opinion. All of the staff I have met so far is very rude and even when they seem to be acting kind you can tell it's fake and have a fake snotty attitude. I honestly hope the "bad side manners" can be improved. Thank you so much for letting me give nu my feedback ?

They have done a great job trying to help our community threw trying times and have always treated me with respect
