Linda's Diner

25 Parsons Street, Colebrook

I can't say enough good things about Linda's Diner! The food is absolutely delicious and the portions are very generous! This was our first time there and we had the lo mein, chow mein and General Tso's chicken...all marvelous! For appetizers we had egg rolls and Crab Rangoon which came with a ymmuy plum sauce. The sauce was so good, I had to order more egg rolls to use more of it! Everything on the menu is made from scratch and served piping hot! As a bonus, our waitress Kelly was charming and attentive!
The menu is extensive and we can't wait to try more items, except my wife says the lo mein was soooo good, she may not be willing to NOT order it again. :) My one regret is we only visit Colebrook once a year on our return from Maine and Minnesota so it's going to take a while to experience everything...we look forward to returning to Linda's again and again!!
