They overcharge. Nearly dealership level prices. $350 for pretty basic diag. I get that human error happens, but your mechanics should make sure that they reconnect main fuel lines properly until they click when they're putting everything back together. Shortly after they did some engine work, my fuel line popped off, with the latch intact but not engaged and pissed gallons of gasoline all over my engine and into the street overnight. Sort of messes up your day when you're not expecting that.

I am very dissatisfied with Aamco of Concord. Jeff quoted me $5,700. to replace a standard transmission and clutch in my 05 f-250 on the phone. (I should have gotten the quote in writing) I thought that was too much but needed the truck. When I picked up my truck 3 weeks later he said I owed them over $10k. I complained and asked what about the quote. No answer. He said I'll give you the commercial discount. The bill now was $9k. 2,100 miles later the clutch blew up. They don't warranty clutches for more than 90 days. I brought my truck to Russels Auto in Manchester. (Quality company) they found thart the inspection cover wasn't put back on and squirrels got in through that hole with acorns and smoked the clutch. Aamco is not a quality company and will screw you over for money.

unless you like your classic vehicles scratched up i wouldnt recommend coming here brought my car to get the tranny rebuilt and got it back with the front bumper all scratched up and no notice about it normally i understand accidents happen but they took zero accountability even going as far as blaming the tow truck driver also left my transmission dip stick out and completely ruined it again accidents do happen but learn to take accountability for them

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with AAMCO Transmissions in Concord, NH. I brought my truck in on July 16th for transmission fluid leaks and a loss of engine power. They identified leaks from the transmission lines and promised to diagnose the power loss issue. However, when I called on Friday to check the progress, they hadn't started any work. I decided to pick up the truck and handle the gasket replacement myself. When I returned, I was assured the work would be completed by Tuesday.
Unfortunately, on Tuesday, I found that while they fixed the lines, they hadn't completed the diagnostic I paid $320 for. To make matters worse, a new problem arose: a squealing noise and a lack of power steering fluid. Another shop informed me that AAMCO had inadvertently caused a power steering leak.
Despite agreeing to fix their mistake, AAMCO failed to provide updates throughout the process. When I finally followed up, I was informed they had to order additional parts and would charge me an extra $360 for fixing the new leak. I refused and instructed them to reassemble the truck so I could take it elsewhere. Upon inspecting the truck, I discovered they hadn't even reconnected the lines properly, necessitating a tow to another shop.
In summary, AAMCO's service was unprofessional, their communication was poor, and their work led to additional problems. I would strongly advise against using their services based on my experience.

I can’t say much less than that this place has the customers best interest in mind. I had my ford fusion worked on and not only did they throughly do great work, but I walked in there and they caught me by surprise with a loyalty discount. I’ll never go anywhere else for my car ever again. 100000/10 recommend them.

They go above and beyond to make sure you’re safe and the job is done right and on time. I’ve had them do everything to replace my transmission going on four years now not an issue. to diagnosing and repairing my suspension. It’s currently there now working on engine issues. I know I’m in good hands thanks to all at aamco of concord

I waited a few months to post this review to ensure the quality of service. My 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee shifts like it is new after Jeff and the crew at AAMCO rebuilt the transmission. Experienced a glitch after it was done but it was promptly corrected and now I am hoping to get another 20 years out of the vehicle. Thanks to Jeff and all the crew for a job well done and exceptional customer service.

Well built transmissions that will outlast the life of the vehicle. Timely and professional.
Jeff understands the gross quality control of GM trucks and there transmissions. My Silverado's torque converter blew out and killed the rest of the transmission.
The only solution was a full transmission swap, which will be replaced with their custom built Aamco HD 6L80 Transmission with a Professional Branded Twin Disc Converter. This is the part GM should have installed in the first place! It's ashame that a solid trusted brand is tainted by cheaping out on parts.
Now with the new parts the truck runs better then when it was new, proper engaging and disengaging, ultimately improves the HP, responsiveness and even better gas millage.
Not all Ammcos are created equally, Jeff and Concord Ammco do their absolute best to get that rating. Jeff even trust his work so much he personally guarantees fixing it if something goes bad.
Their reputation is more important than profit, more mechanics and shops should be like Ammco Concord.

The guys here are not only friendly and very knowledgeable but go above and beyond to take care of their customers! Took care of problems beyond transmission issues when i came in for my 1,000 mile check up. 10/10 would recommend and would definitely come back for any transmission needs.
