The store manager is a the worst. I waited two weeks for my order just moved three months ago to my address. And since my ID didn't match the address they refused to deliver. I was at the store the week before the associate looked at my ID and it was no problem. But now it is. Store manager is horrible.

These guys are scammers. They charge you 2X sometimes 3X what somethings is actually worth. They made my husband pay almost $3,000 for $900 gaming computer. Whenever the devices have any issues they offer no help because their employees "aren't computer experts" than why do you guys rent out technology if you know nothing about how to fix even simple problems? If you're going to charge us 3x what something is worth. You should at least have good customer service.

If I could put zero stars I would. These guys are loan sharks fishing for money you do not owe them. I clearly did a cash and carry with a futon a few months ago, and all of a sudden they want to call me demanding more more from an alleged lease? I paid it off in cash in store and even carried it out in my own U-Haul afterwards. If there was this lease wouldn’t you have delivered it to me? The Store manager here is full of herself, saying “don’t tell me how to do my job” well maybe you shouldn’t have left someone by themselves at the store who clearly didn’t know how to do his job?? I was there for two hours patiently waiting for this man to figure out how to process and cash and carry, and then proceeded to give up and say “let’s just do it the easy way, you can still pay it off all at once and carry it home.” and I trust him because what do I know about the system? I’m just a customer. What happened to the customer is always right? Do not give these people even a cent or a second of your time. They are pathetic loan sharks squeezing any money they can get. Oh and by the way, if you refuse to pay the non-existent remaining balance of your lease, they will report you for stolen property 😂😂

Harrassed my fiancé with multiple phone calls for days because they changed his payment date for some reason. He has had 0 problems with them up until now. We are both never shopping here again since this is how Aaron's treats their loyal customers who never miss payments.

The delivery guy (I wish I knew his name!) is so nice and helpful. I’ve been a customer since we lived in Texas 12 + years ago and both locations were top notch. Way better than a well known competitor. We will always come back for the great service!

Mike Cooney of the Concord store location were my leasing contract sales person for my new mattress. Mine and my husband's experience with specifically him, were found to be refreshing in such a way that he is just as interested in accommodating all the needs of the customer as he is serving the company. It were a direct result of this, that last night following months of sleeplessness, I soundly slept on my mattress. Even my husband said it were like sleeping on cotton. Both my husband and I agree this is a direct result of Mike Cooney's customer service.

Mike was great helping us out with getting our new mattres, he is helpful and very cheerful, I highly recommend him in helping u choose your next purchase and saving you money, we just got our mattress and Mike and Steve are excellent choices for delivery and in store work

Until the Concord NH store gets a new manager I'd consider going elsewhere if you're wanting to rent from Arron's. The current manager is a complete douche with not only poor hygiene, but poor customer skills to begin with. Just because a customer doesn't agree with his personal nerdy gaming preference doesn't give him a right to say leave "his" store and go rent somewhere else. But because of his rude toothless @$$ that's just what I did. Sorry to the rest of the Arron's crew, but it's true, it only does take one bad apple to ruin the whole damn bunch.

i have been a customer for over 18 years and have always experienced impeccable service...in the best of times and the worst..they have always worked with me and im always greeted with a smile and professionalism..i would highly recommend this company any day over their competitors...

They are a good people. They are nice and caring, but the issue is the game computers should have a second sticker ram to play like Minecraft in mods and stuff like that and if you want to make people happy, please add a second stick around to to the game computers and or give them a code so I can contact there are people who make these computers so they can get a free one for shipping and let people allow to put a second stick of ram it or or you guys come over and put it in for you for us

The problem with Aaron is that they have gaming computers, but the problem is they don’t add a second stick of RAM to the computer to make the game computer run smoothly cause it’s recommend to stick RAM or they get a companies that they buy and from them we rented them and then we have to pay for a second stick of ram to make computer run smoother around. They should be underneath warranty but all there are a good company. He can’t add anything like add a stick of ram ruined you want the people to be happy, you should add second stick around to each gaming computer. So people be happy to rent from you although that’s only one issue but they are a good company to rent from them even if you’re paying for it

We are good people who pay their bills. Who are honest and kind. These people the manager just scammed is do badly on Christmas eve. I am heartbroken. Lied right our faces. Was just so nasty too me on the phone. We aren't scum bags but she sure is. Do not go to this Aaron's they will scam and screw you over. I am in shock

This place is pretty cool they have tons of things to look at tons of things to purchase yes we do not mind spending 70 to 100% more than the actual retail. That is the only downfall their selection of products is excellent
