Quite possibly the rudest kid I’ve ever encountered and it took me by surprise being what seems like a small family store where you would expect friendly and helpful staff. Will just drive to Lowe’s or Home Depot next time. It’s a shame though I would love to support local business

According to the rather rude young man working there, this site doesn’t exist. It may as well not because it will tell you they have items that, when you go there, they don’t. In fact, they seem to have more empty spaces than products. I’m not going to waste my time anymore trying them first because I end up going elsewhere anyway. It’s a shame because I would rather spend my money locally.

I'm not Catherine Schlaefer. I'm Richard Schlaefer and I have no idea how my wife's name, instead of mine, popped up here.
This week was my last time at this Fox Hardware Store. (Hopefully there are no others. I think Cro-Magnon man died out 30 - 40 thousand years ago.) The next closest hardware store is Rocky's Ace Hardware in Concord. However, they're light years ahead of Fox -- polite, helpful, knowledgeable, competitively priced, etc., etc. Rocky's is my hardware store from here on out. Well worth about twice the extra miles and 10 times the non-aggravation.
NEVER AGAIN !!
(Just saw a "Thumbs Up" symbol on my post. It should be a giant sized "Thumbs Down" instead. But I don't know how to change it because I'm older than Bill Gates, the guy who started all off this nonsense online-internet stuff. I just ask my kids when I can't do something and they fix it under 5 seconds flat.)

It's fine when you're in a pinch. Not always the most helpful for specific items, but friendly enough and convenient for propane refills when in a pinch

Not bad place to go in a pinch. Obviously they don't have offer as much as HD and Lowes and they are substantially more expensive but if it's close it makes it easier.
