Update: Thanks to Raylin, who is a supervisor of several different stores, this issue has since been resolved as of March 2025. While waiting 8 months wasn’t ideal, he was the only one who actually took the time to resolve this and for that I am extremely grateful.
I cannot say enough bad things about my experience purchasing a new IPhone here. In July 10, 2024, I went with my mom to open my own account and upgrade my phone from her existing account . We mainly worked with the store manager, Dylan T. While the transaction itself went alright (Dylan spent a lot of the time talking about his personal life, and clearly wasn’t focused enough on the task at hand) the issue is still unresolved today, January 5, 2025.
My trade is still not reflecting on my account. With a back and forth with Dylan (including having to physically go to the store so he could “scan my license” I was told by Dylan at the store that they could not locate my trade without an IMEI number. He suggested I go to a corporate store with my mom (who transferred the phone over to me) and see if they could locate the IMEI number. Only good advice I ever got from Dylan, I am so glad he recommended that. My mom and I went to the store in the Salem NH mall and the manager there was so helpful and sweet. AND he discovered something very interesting.
After doing some digging, he found that the Concord store used my phone as a “trade” to a DIFFERENT PHONE NUMBER not at all associated with either myself or my mom’s account on October 9, 2024. That’s odd? Almost exactly 3 months after my trade and new phone purchase? And to a phone number that’s not mine? They are a scam here, especially the manager Dylan. Today is Sunday so I will absolutely be calling AT&T loyalty and retention tomorrow and filing a complaint and doing anything I have to do to rectify this. Thanks to the store in Salem, I now have a receipt to prove this Concord store’s incompetence.

Husband and I went in on a Sunday and there was only 1 employee on. Employee did not even acknowledge us for a good 20 minutes. All display phones were dead and thrown in a box so we could not even look to see what phones we might be interested in.

Added charges like "Next Up" and "Insurance" that I literally told them I didn't want, but they literally refused to remove it.
This college aged girl literally FORCED those charges on me and I had to deal with ATT to get it fixed.
This makes me regret switching but my prior provider had no service at my house.

I was recently scammed by a AT &T kiosk worker that did so poorly setting up my account i could not gain access even when calling AT&T. I am disable and it is hard for me to talk on the phone. The manager Daniel Demers went above and beyond helping resolve this issue and even helped me prepare my phone for shipping. He could have easily brushed me off as he was making no commission on my purchase. He helped me anyways and I am very appreciative! Highly recommend him and his store

Switched over to AT&T and firstnet after a coworker told me about how the service was. Definitely made a huge difference in my coverage. I do recommend them for better coverage and speed.

Dom did a great job on helping me set up a line and making sure my phone was working before we left the store. He is a great customer service people for At&t.
