I was recently scammed by a AT &T kiosk worker that did so poorly setting up my account i could not gain access even when calling AT&T. I am disable and it is hard for me to talk on the phone. The manager Daniel Demers went above and beyond helping resolve this issue and even helped me prepare my phone for shipping. He could have easily brushed me off as he was making no commission on my purchase. He helped me anyways and I am very appreciative! Highly recommend him and his store

Ryan was very helpful! He made sure I was completely taken care of before I left the store. If he didn't have an answer I needed, he reached out to AT&T support to get it. Thank you, Ryan!

Switched over to AT&T and firstnet after a coworker told me about how the service was. Definitely made a huge difference in my coverage. I do recommend them for better coverage and speed.

Dillon the assistant manager did a great job of explaining each device, and our payment and plan. He was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely return to this store.

I'd suggest finding another location. I went into this location to upgrade my phone. I was told my bill would go up about $15. It went up $50. That's not the worst of it though. When I went in to grab my phone, Paul deactivated my old phone and activated my new one like I had asked. Yet he had me leave with out a working device. Awful! I also had asked not to be enrolled in certain things and he still enrolled me. Ridiculous location. Seems like this place has zero management and if they do then they clearly need more training. Definitely go elsewhere.

Don't waste your time here go to a corporate store you will get better service. We got the run around for two weeks and were told something different each time. This is a franchise not the actual At&t store.

Dom was helpful the past few weeks with issues with my 6-year-old Samsung. Ended up buying a Galaxy S23 this morning. Dom's knowledge, patience and professionalism is unsurpassed.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!! I wish negative stars was an option. This place is an absolute horror show. The employees here padded my bill with a bunch of things that I never agreed to and they ended costing me thousands. They also linked someone else’s account to mine which took many many hours on service calls to undo the destruction that was done to my account. I warn you stay away unless you want to be swindled and ruined.

they had the phone I was looking for in store. created an account, got a new phone, case and protector all in ≈ 40 minutes. very helpful and friendly from beginning “it’s a pleasure to meet you” said the manager when he introduced himself. ??

Staff at the louden rd in concord,NH location are awesome. Very pleasant experience. Probably...no....hands down the best customer service I've ever had out here in Concord. They are definitely rock stars!!!
