Never bank with this institution. Your information isn't safe nor is your purchase history or anything else. They feed information to the feds about all their customers banking. Beware people

Pietro should be fired! Extremely rude tried cashing a check and was told not allowed to cash check for more than $2500.00. Then I said ok let me open a bank account that Pietro said you can't open an account to cash a check. How does that make since when this is a bank and they generally ask do you want to open a bank account with a check. Pietro Very rude, beyond bad customer service, shouldn't be working at a bank.Bank somewhere else.

They were nice, but they had no drive up window! I'm not even sure if they have drive up services other than an ATM

Everyone here at this branch is professional and does an efficient job of providing services and beyond helpful to me in every situation that has been presented to me and the staff to help me figure out what my next step is in opening a non profit organization and in end of life procedures to ensure my daughters access to my bank funds when the time arrives that they will need access to my funds for medical care and/or final expenses for cremation and disbursement of ashes and assessment and pay final expenses through my life insurance policies.

This branch of Bank of America is well run with kind and thoughtful employees. Ordering foreign currency was a painless, easy and smooth experience. I placed the order via my BoA App on Sunday and the currency was at the Concord location by Tuesday morning. Pietro dealt with a less than polite gentleman before me, and handled that interaction with respect and the integrity that one would expect from a financial center. When I got up to the counter Pietro was all smiles and very friendly and polite despite the previous interaction and I appreciated that. Within 5 minutes I was given the currency I ordered and was out the door after a very friendly exchange with Pietro. I almost never go into the bank because the app really does everything I need, but Everytime I go into this location everyone is very kind and respectful.

After driving around to find branches closed that were only atms we had to go to another town. I had sold something and they gave personal check. After listening to the tellers b**** about their systems being down without ever apologizing for my wait she proceeds to tell me she can't cash over $3000 since I don't have an account. Now this was the bank the check was written off of and they could see the funds in her account. I had to wait in the manager because there was another gentleman having issues talking with him. Luckily I remembered I had a credit card with them or I would have never made it out there with my money!!!!

Wish I could give it even less. Good luck getting through if you call, it's an automated system and won't let you speak to a human unless you answer several questions first, none of which were helpful. Apparently it's too much for me to call and speak to a human who works in the branch closest to me. No wonder so many locations are closing, terrible customer service makes it impossible to compete with smaller banks who still value a customer's time and money on deposit.

They are so very nice at bank of America and so very helpful also out of the banking I've had this is the most nicest bank I've done business with. Plus it's so very clean also. And they have a very very comfortable waiting area to sit on a very nice couch when ur waiting to talk to someone also. Most banks don't have a very comfortable couch to sit on at there banks at all.

Came here Saturday morning to cash some bank bonds. The teller Nadine was friendly, sweet, and competent in helping us process the bonds. But when she asked the manager Terri a question, Terri rudely came to tell us that they could only process 10 of the bonds at the teller per day. My partner said, “This is the teller, right?” Terri snapped, “Yes. It’s time-consuming and if you want to do more you’ll have to make an appointment.” My partner then said she did not know it was a time consuming process and stated that she assumed that any type of transaction would be able to be processed during business hours. We then witnessed her being rude to and dismissing several other customers. A gentleman approached her and said to her, “Oh, you’re almost done for the day.” Terri then loudly stated that “Yeah and nobody is here all morning and I don’t understand why everybody comes in here with their nonsense at 11:30.” Seemingly implying that we were careless or stupid for choosing to come in when we did and not knowing their policy. Mind you, between my partner and I, we have 5 accounts at BofA spanning several decades. We let her know that we heard her rude comment and she then giggled and tried to backtrack, yelling over the counter that she was talking about her own nonsense. We let her know we saw how she treated the other customers and that everybody heard her comment. She then quickly changed her tone and tried to provide friendly customer service to the last few clients in line. If Terri exerted half the effort towards helping clients that she does being rude and dismissive, I’m confident she could actually meet our banking needs before closing time. In fact, thanks to Nadine, we were done by 11:45, well before closing. So after decades of mediocre service with BofA, this is the final straw. Terri’s sloppy and downright rude and lazy customer service is indicative of BofA as a whole and we will no longer entrust any money to BofA.

I wouldn't suggest BOA ,and this branch in particular, for business as they have poor customer service skills, uneducated and ignorant staff. Why should I keep my money in a bank which doesn't care about my needs and concerns? No way, enough is enough.
