“We have been customers of Citizens Bank for years. Our local branch is closed and I needed to set up an account for my daughter. We went into this branch for the first time. Everyone was very nice, from the initial phone call, the front desk and especially Josh. Josh made setting up her first account the best experience. He was professional, friendly, thorough and also has the best personality. He was so fun. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!”
“Would give more stars if possible! These employees are absolutely amazing! While visiting from out of state my card locked due to suspicious activity and they were immediately able to help me out and make the annoying phone calls so I didn’t have to!! This staff deals with some crazy rude people and I honestly respect how much they put up with.

“We have had such great customer service at Eastern’s Concord NH branch. Mark helped us so much on a Saturday as we needed to open an account and helped us get ready for our HELOC. Jaime is outstanding, so sweet and helpful. We went in in a Saturday 10 min before closing and needed a cashier’s check…she was so eager to help us out. We are so happy we switched … I think we forgot what a “Local” bank felt like. They are your neighbors and friends and want to help. I highly recommend them for ALL your banking needs.”

I went to TD Bank near the Concord Mall. I need a lot of help and their were two women named were Tae and Cheryl.

“I am not a member of this bank but use them for transactions with a "partner" bank (at the counter not atm). I have always had great interactions with friendly staff. Yes, often the lines are long, but expected at a smaller branch.”
“All the negative reviews appear to be from people who are not BOA customers trying to get cash. That is a big red flag for most banks, so as a BOA account holder I appreciate their strict security.”
