If I could have no stars it would be better. They had my car for over three months and told me three separate times that my car was fixed, each time I went to see (45 min drive one way) if my car was fixed I was sorely disappointed. The first time the fender was still wrinkled and the bumper wasn't even attached. (See photos) The next time the bumper was attached but the fender was still wrinkled and there was new dents on the passengers door and front fender. On the next visit the fender was better but the body lines didn't line up. At this point is was decided that the fender needed to be replaced. Three weeks later I finally have my car back and I asked to have my deductible refunded because of the 3 month headache that this has been. They refused to refund me because the work was completed to a satisfactory level. I will never use this so called business again. I will also do whatever I can to let people know about the terrible customer service.

I have my car there for 10 weeks. No loaner car for me. Apparently they all have been in use for all this time. Put in the middle between them and my insurance. This experience has been a complete nightmare. I have no idea when or if this will ever get done.

I would rate them 0 if that was an option. My girlfriend took her pathfinder here to be fixed after the rear bumper was hit. Multiple days later Banks calls us and says. "I our rear hatch isn't working and won't open." She says that's weird because if you look on camera you will see the day we dropped it off I opened it to clean out the trunk. They said oh there's no cameras that point out front. She said ok well that doesn't change the fact that it worked the day I dropped it off. After speaking to numerous unhelpful associates she was told that it would cost 475.00$ to fix or they would leave it broken. And they did exactly that. Broke the rear hatch and screwed up the power windows so they kept automatically going back down every time we tried to open it. I'm disgusted. A multi million dollar business totally screwing their local customers. They offered NOTHING to help or to fix anything!! We won't be back EVER AGAIN! We will also continue to spread the word. A bunch of crooks. Took over almost 3 weeks to fix a bumper and they broke 2 different parts in the process. SMH.

Had an amazing experience here. The staff were all super friendly and helpful. Our car came out looking brand new. They were fast and easy. Wish I could give them more than 5 stars!!

I am so disappointed in Banks Collision center in concord. Truck has been there twice for the same repair. The first time they failed to fix all the damage. They admitted there mistake . The second time the workmanship was so poor they apologized again and admitted it wasn’t a quality job. My advice is to stay away from Banks Collision. Read all the awful reviews online about them. They have another Facebook page with many poor reviews listed on it.

Im not surprised to see so many negative reviews here. They fixed some scratches on my brand new vehicle. I go to pick it up (2weeks after date they committed it would be done) and noticed the scratches were still visable (clearly didnt sand enough). There was runs in the paint. Last but not least, a new dent on the door they just painted. I immediately brought it to there attention. They agreed it should be redone. 2nd time around I notice there is a ding in the bed from the inside out (they had to repaint that panel as well). I needed my vehicle back I honestly dont want them touching my vehicle again as they've put enough bondo into my vehicle that never needed any bondo/fill work to begin with.

My husbands truck has been at Banks to be fixed for now a month and every time he calls there is a different story as to when it will be ready , we were told it would be ready last thursday , when he called yesterday they said it would be ready today , so he called and now they are waiting on parts.. What is up with this company or the people that work there. He will now be without a truck or a rental truck because this company can't seem to get there story right. Take your vehicle elsewhere.

We brought our 2018 RAV4 in for bumper damage from an accident. They were very nice however, when we got our vehicle back they had missed touching up some chipped paint. In addition to that the driver door had 2 new dings in it. We had to schedule a second appointment and rental to have those taken care of. We get it back and find that those two spots were not fixed correctly and still showed right after it rained that day. We have called and left several messages and no response for three weeks now. Seriously we bought this vehicle less than a year ago brand new from the show room. I don’t know what they are doing but they are careless and now unwilling to take responsibility for it. I would not recommend them! Very disappointing for a local business.

Updated review: after all was said and done, these guys really impressed me. They were courteous, prompt, and professional. Every step of the way, they gave me their full attention and made sure I was satisfied before leaving their location. Definitely recommend Banks Collision for repairs, rentals, and anything car related!

Though we own a Ford, she worked with us & never faltered. When she said she'd call, she did with good follow through. Thank you very much!

The first time I went there things didn't go as planned and I wasn't happy. But this time they went above and beyond. They even asked about things I wasn't happy about the first time to fix them. I'm glad I gave them a second chance. My truck looks brand new again.
