I haven’t had my Explorer detailed in 3 years which I big job to be done when owning 3 German shepherds that go with me everywhere, they did an amazing job with removing all the black hair and making it smell great again!!!! Thankyou soooo much!!! Worth every cent!!!!

Excellent. Customer service was very good. I had to reschedule my appointment twice, one at the last minute, and they were very accommodating. They also did an excellent job cleaning the car and there was no last minute charges. Couldn't expect a better experience.Service: Auto detailing

I recommend this location all the time! I have been bringing my car here for years and will never go anywhere else. Everybody here does such a nice job! Very professional and kind. Every time I leave I feel like I have a brand new car! Amazing job!

This place does an excellent job of detailing. I have been to many car detail shops but this did the best job by far. I was turned off by the two to three month wait to schedule but seeing the quality I understand why there is such a demand. I tell yah what I wish I could give more STARS. This Place is the BEST OF THE BEST IN CONCORD!! Scheduling is tough because they book so far out but that should speak VOLUMES to the QUALITY they put into their work. Plus the staff are great and friendly. I definitely will not go anywhere else for this type of service and I’ll be sure to VERY HIGHLY recommend Concord Auto Spa. Took my ‘17 Acadia Denali and made it ShowRoom Ready!! A friend gave me a gift certificate to the Auto Spa - I don't normally "splurge" for such services. I was very pleased with the outcome and will consider doing this again. My car looked like brand new! I had the outside detailed - they even went the extra mile and cleaned my windows on the inside. What a difference! I highly recommend :)Service: Full body wash
