Urgently needed to get my windshield wipers looked at when traveling after a snow storm 1 hour from home to the Concord DMV. The DMV teller recommended that I go to Concord Car Care because they are really nice (and it was a short drive from the DMV!). Chris and Paul were both very helpful. After deciding to allow them to inspect the motor, Chris offered to give me a ride back to work (which he then learned I was far from home, but a very nice gesture that I have never been offered in my life).
After finding the culprit, Chris first showed me a photo of it, then Paul explained what might have caused the damage so I hopefully won’t run into this issue again. Paul literally brought the part to me in the waiting room to show me the damage (which I appreciate as I am a visual learner) and offered to do a temporary fix on it since they won’t be able to get me the part today (I have an EV so parts are hard to come by). I left with functioning wipers for the time being, and able to drive home. I felt well taken care of and wish this shop was closer to home. Extremely grateful for the DMV rep that recommended this shop, but can’t remember his name!

Got an inspection done here. It did not take too long and was professional. The price beat many other places we have taken our cars to. Also they were more available than other car care businesses in the area. Will be a repeat customer.

Concord Car Care provides an amazing service. I got a massive quote from another shop and they were able to do it for a fraction of the price. The staff are always friendly and they are extremely fair and reliable. The only mechanics in Southern New Hampshire I trust. Highly recommend

Hate bashing anyone, but AVOID this place like the plague. Owner is likeable and seems genuinely interested in customer care, but I believe this comes down to lack of integrity and work ethic in his employees. Went in for check engine light was told it was exhaust solenoid sensor. Picked the car up, light was off. Went back for an a/c compressor and because the check engine light was back on. Got us in quick, but price was $300 over quote. A/c worked GREAT, was told check engine was because of a "loose bolt." Downside was my belt was squeaking but I was told squeak was from radiator leak. Brought the car back for radiator leak. Picked the car up, made it halfway home and it's over heating and leaking.Why they wouldn't have gotten the car to temp and checked is beyond me. Bumber brackets were missing from the car. Told the owner about the issues and was PROMISED they'd be taken care of. Owner seemed genuinely apologetic and even paid for an Uber and gave a gas gift card to be used at the shop. Picked the car up a second time leak was fixed but one of the bumber brackets was still missing (the other one I found sitting on the battery and gave to an employee.) Mind you it's a $7 part that could have been easily replaced to share customer care. $3000 in work and months later the belt is still squeaking, bumper bracket is still missing, and.....check engine light is back on with the same code for the third time. To add insult to injury, I was told I was enlisted in a 10% discount program when I got the a/c work and it wasn't honored on the radiator work because I "wasn't on the list."

Very smart and knowledgeable staff. Every time we come in, they treat us like family and they know our cars inside and out. Hard to find good, honest and trustworthy people who back their work, but these guys do it with a smile!

They said I needed a radiator when I only needed a radiator hose, after going to my usual mechanic just to get a 2nd opinion. (It was fine for the next 10,000+ miles with just the hose, probably more but I sold the vehicle.)They told my friend she needed thousands in exhaust work and a whole new cat when it was one rusty section of tailpipe AFTER the cat causing her to fail inspo.I don’t know if it’s crooks trying to steal or just bad mechanic work but I strongly recommend not using this business for anything more than changing your tires or similar. They prey on the uninformed.to be clear I’ve spent over a thousand dollars here just because they’re close to my location. This isn’t just hearsay. They will fix your car just fine, to be fair.But.It also might just include hundreds or thousands extra than you actually needed to pay.

I got a huge quote from another place to work on my truck to pass inspection. These guys said most of the work was not needed and fixed it for less than half of what the other joint quoted me. Good people.
