Don't waste your time or your insurance companies money. They have absolutely no respect for your time, they are only interested in billing insurance companies so that they can live in the lifestyle they have been accustomed to through over billing. I will never go back and reccomend you stay away also.

Long time customer, I had a great experience today. I did not wait more than 5 min. The technician, Lauren, was so efficient and pleasant.Dr. Rheault was also great and also on time. My only concern had been the long wait for the bi-yearly appt. when I called to schedule in March or April for July and couldn't get an appt until November. I asked to be on a cancellation list and actually got in on schedule in July! That's the way things are these days.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. Ever since Concord Hospital took over this practice has been TERRIBLE. The billing office is the worst. They did not inform us that we needed a referral for the service and now expect us to pay because they did not inform us or submit the bill to insurance in a timely manner. We are taking our business elsewhere.

My first experience with Concord Eye Center was very good. I was very pleased with the surgery that I had. However, two years later I'm needing a different surgery. My consultation was so different. It was like a cattle call. In and out quickly which was nice in a way but very hurried. I was supposed to get a call back to schedule an appointment. I did not get a call back after 3 days, so I called, left a message, no response several days later, called again, left another message. Nothing. So i called again and finally got the person that was supposed to call me. She said she had to get her calendar out and would call me back that day. No call. Its' now been 2 weeks and I cannot get anyone to call me to schedule and I also cannot get an estimate for the service I need. I'm going to have to start over with a different facility now to do my surgery. Oh, and now when I call it goes to voicemail and can't even get a person to pick up.

I don’t think there’s anything that would portray how grateful I am to this office and my PRK Surgery especially considering my sight was worse than 20/600 before surgery and nearing 20/20 now just 7 days after. It has changed my entire life and all I can say is thank you so much for treating me with respect even when I was really scared of the procedure.Definitely recommend Dr. Tighe Richardson at Concord Eye Center for Lasik/PRK. And a big thank you to the incredible coordinator Sean as well, thank you.

I wish it were possible to give negative stars. RUN, do not walk, from this practice! I had cataract and glaucoma surgery in April. Dr. Tom did the surgery. It did NOT go well. Six months later I still have badly impaired vision. My eye pressure was zero. I asked if eye pressure can be too low and was told no. I was told I needed to wait. Finally got a second opinion: my eye pressure is dangerously low. My new doctor has already laid out a number of steps we can take to improve my sight. Why I was given incorrect information from Concord Eye I can only guess, but PLEASE! FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY- GO ELSEWHERE!!

Incredibly kind and caring staff. Goes out of their way to give you care. I went to Dr. Richardson for a cornea issue and he was extremely thorough and patient with me, as were all the staff. They work with your schedule, fast wait times, and extremely clean office. I drove 4 hours just for the service.

I have been treated by Dr. Tighe Richardson for a few different issues. The depth of his knowledge and expertise was obvious from my first appointment; he is communicative, (he listens and explains), compassionate, and thorough. Most recently he performed my cataract surgery, he was very caring and did a great job with great results!

Dr. Cullen is the best eye doctor! Every experience has been great! I recommend her to everyone!!! Our family couldn't be without her wonderful eye care. She is by far the best eye doctor I have dealt with. She deserves a raise and should be what other eye doctors strive to be. I appreciate her compassion and how she really cares for the whole person.

I had a scheduled appointment that I waited over two months for with Dr. Amanda Geary. I was informed day of appointment that I was meeting with a technician for work-up or basically 90% of the eye exam. I requested technician to contact the doctor, who had previously came out and checked spelling of our paperwork. Long story short doctor Geary was micromanaging office staff and not able to see patient for eye exam. Dr. Geary was very unprofessional and informed me that I needed to reschedule appointments one year out.

We liked the doctor but found the practice itself difficult to deal with.With 3 days notice the office called and canceled the appointment I made for my school age daughters a year ago. Please note I am not frustrated by the reason or the need to reschedule, just the priority the impacted patient was given. the next available is now 5 months away.In their defense they did offer an alternate date in their voicemail (not the letter), but it was hard to hear and by the time I called back it was not an option.

Never waste my time with them again- staffing shortage yet they brag about having 2 locations- they don't answer phone, don't return calls, supposed to expedite glasses for kid but its been 2 weeks and not a word from them.....they called to tell us another family members glasses were ready for pick up and when we drove there to get them, they couldn't find the glasses. Also, when I bought the last pair for child, they measured his face for glasses- when I asked if I could get those measurements, they told me NO and that they are "separate from the clinic." As people know, you can order glasses online if you have those measurements. Will figure it out and order online from now on. Waste of time and money. Not helpful. Not courteous and not worth the hassle.

Every time I've had an eye exam or appointment the eye doctor has always been in a rush and rushes my whole exam. They have also been super rude when answering questions. Not professional eye doctors what so ever. However shoutout to the lady that helped me pick out glasses she was super sweet and knowledgeable about my questions and concerns unlike the actual doctor.

I recently went to Concord Eye Center and really had no issues between doctors and other staff, but I was made aware of a woman named Tammy. She was truly being SO rude to another staff member and even semi-rude to me, and the other staff member seemed somewhat new, and I just found It unacceptable. When I went to make a complaint, I was told they would deal with it. I just want to make sure everyone is aware before becoming a patient of this staff member, I've never been treated so poorly by someone in the medical field EVER.
