These two guys that work the overnight shift. Just leave the back in 10 minutes sign up no matter when I go, they’re never open. These guys are getting paid to have the store open. Cumberland Farms is a great store when it’s run properly.

Gas pump was fine.I went in for cleaning supplies and a car scraper because of snow; they don't have either, but the music is so loud and annoying! I couldn't hear the person at the register, how could anyone spend more than a few seconds in that place with that annoying music??

No hot food, filthy, no cups stocked, all flavor shots empty, coffee was burnt. Employees on phones and obvs had alot they could be doing. I walked out!

Was going to buy something and allow my 10 year old daughter to go pee but apparently corporate will not allow customers to use the bathroom. I ask what about the Americans with disabilities act? Employees know nothing about it, which is fine but really?! If it were me, and I do qualify for the act, I would pop a squat in the middle of the parking lot. Screw corporate!

Extremely rude service from night staff. Very short, very unhelpful. Also interesting to note 2/2 Cumberland Farms I’ve been to in New Hampshire with bathrooms closed down. Irving and circle K are so much better don’t waste money here.

Cashier Ashley at the 196 North Main St, Concord, NH location has been excessivly rude and disrespectful and a little over the top during the two time I have been onto the store during her shifts. The first time I encountered this young lady I made purchase using my credit card. Once finished I then requested a powerball ticket. I had no choice but to purchase my ticket on a seperate transaction because you have to use cash when purchasing lottery tickets. Ad soon as I asked for my ticket, Ashley threw her hands up in frusteration, rolled her eyes and let out a loud grown, she then went to the lottery machine and proceeded to aggressivly hit the buttons on the screen. I am surprised that she did not break the machine with the force she was using. When she returned to the register I asked her if everything was okay. She did not respond and instead stood there in silence glairing at me with an angry look on her face. She took my money and again pounded on the screen sayinging nothing. I told her that I hope her day gets better and I left the store. The 2nd interaction was today. I went to get a coffee, the lids were empty so i opened the bottom cupboard where they are stored to get some. I then hear A womens voice yelling "get out of there, you cant be in there!!". I look up and its Ashley. I asked her if there were any cup lids, she glaired at me in anger for a moment before saying " No! There isn't "...There was plenty of lids on the other side of the coffee station, i did not see them from where I was standing. Clearly Ashley did not care to check for me and just wanted me not to have a lid for my coffee. When I checked out her tone and body language were incredibly rude and unwelcoming. I do not know what the problem is or why she is so rude to me. I have never seen this women before coming into this store. I have also never encountered such a rude cashier. I hope that the management team will speak to her and help her with her customer service skills or help her to find a new job as seemingly she does not like the one that she has.

Ashley at the register was just plain nasty rude... don't like your job? Find another one. A customer should NEVER feel like an inconvenience but thats the experience you can expect there. I would recommend going elsewhere if at all possible.

Lately the staff seems to have zero emotion other than stone faced and just very "mmmeeerrrrrr" looking. . .they honestly have made me feel like going to a different store. Lol it's a typical cumbies...homeless folk hanging out outside at night, the beverage machines are always out of order...typical, yes, but I've definitely been to better ones than this one.

Standard cumberland farms. Usually very friendly workers.
