I checked in for a vaccine . The young lady was rude and unaccomadating. She should not be waiting on the public

Says they close at 10 but they were closed before 10 when I went. Sucks walking all the way there and after checking their hours and having them be closed when they supposedly shouldn’t be.

Pharmacy is HUGELY problematic. The drive thru is NEVER open, and when you go inside there's ALWAYS a line of 12-15 people waiting. Service is slow, so you're in there at least 20 mins. Worst location for pharmacy needs. The store itself is decent at least!

Received a letter from CVS on 1/10/25, letter dated 1/3/2025. It was about a recall on transplant anti rejection meds. Capsule empty!! Said to call pharmacy. Only get recording to LV msg. I leave msg 2x "calling about recall of prograf" and get a text saying too early to fill prescription!!! Last msg I left was "need help from pharmacist" .
Tried to call front register and no answer!!
45 minutes ride from my home so can't just drive to pharmacy.

Woman who runs the pharmacy window was horrid to me. Just had a dental procedure and couldn’t talk. They hadn’t begun to fill the prescription. Had to wait an additional half an hour. I drove from Salem. Additionally they close for a half an hour in the middle of business hours. That’s a simple staffing issue. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. They have no kindness.

Hadn't been to cvs pharmacy in years. Went there for a prescription, they never asked me for my insurance info. The guy rings me up and tells me I owe however much for my prescriptions. I told him that I don't pay for prescriptions through my insurance. He said it covered some of it but not all. I thought it was weird. I got home and found out that he never used my insurance he used their sriptsave discount program and didn't tell me. I went back in so they could fix it and a different guy tells me they don't take my insurance and haven't in years. Okay so why didn't they inform me of that when I was picking them up? I wouldn't have gone there if he told me they didn't take my insurance. So they stole money from me that I can't get back because they neglected to tell me. Nice job!

Tried to call the pharmacy to see if my client's prescriptions were ready. But can only get some AI telling me to leave a message. It is very frustrating when you cannot actually speak to someone who is working in the pharmacy. I did call the front of store and they did pick up and I did have a conversation with her. I would rate her as a five, but your Pharmacy as a one in terms of trying to communicate with them. Very poor customer service. Can this be changed? It is incredibly frustrating when you're trying to get something done or get an answer to a question. This is the CVS on Hall Street.

Absolutely under staffed in pharmacy. Long wait times. Which normally would warrant a small star deduction but the fact that their new phone system is voice-mail only for providers is absolutely assanine. So your doctor can no longer directly talk to a pharmacist. Both doctor and pharamisist communicate via voice mail messages now... Dont you think that's something that's pretty important CVS? Or do you enjoy playing telephone tag all day and lengthening the time it takes someone who just had surgery to recieve pain medication? Or someone who needs an antibiotic asap, and you won't fill because you need to ask the doctor if 2- 50mg tabs can be used instead of 1-100mg tab that you don't have. I understand the voice-mail for the public, but doctors NEED to be able to directly speak with pharmacy and vice versa!

CVS on Hall Street in Concord, New Hampshire is the absolute worst for the pharmacy use. We’ve been waiting two weeks for our prescription which they say we’re waiting for it to come in. It shouldn’t take two weeks for a medication to come in and when I asked about it, the response I got from the person working behind the pharmacy was, “ Well, whatever” And I was very polite and just asking a simple question. Furthermore, it is absurd that you can’t call and talk to the pharmacist, and if you leave a message, they do not call you back.

I rarely go into this location, but in the rare times I need to I am always baffled by the absolute disregard for customer satisfaction. Rude employees, disorganized store shelves, and even in an empty store, they can’t run their register. I’d give less than 1 star if that was an option.

The inside of the story is great everything well organized and well marked but the outside appears like the management just doesn't care about the business with weeds and trash just a lack of professionalism

Great shopping experience today. I saved up my coupons so I had my $10 monthly reward, a 40/ off one regularly priced item from an email and a 30/ off regularly priced items coupon from the mail. Great rewards and great savings!
