CVS in Concord is a modern, well-organized store open seven days a week. It provides prescription refills, vaccinations, COVID-19 or flu tests, and sells personal care items, healthy snacks, and pet toys. The pharmacy staff is frequently described as helpful, polite, efficient, and friendly, often going above and beyond for customers. Prescription turnaround is quick, and checkout is fast. The store offers ExtraCare for personalized deals and rewards, weekly deals, and online ordering with pickup or delivery. Some criticisms mention that the automated phone service is a pain and a nuisance, with refills sometimes still requiring a wait. The auto-dialer calls are noted as a frequent annoyance, believed to be a company-wide issue rather than specific to this location. The pharmacy can be very busy, and the staff sometimes appears overwhelmed, though these problems are not considered their fault. The store is in a busy area but is valued as a convenient local resource close to other attractions.
Pharmacy tech who works drive thru windows in the morning is incredibly rude and needs retraining in customer service or should not be employed.

All I can say about this is the people who work here don't treat customers or employees fairly there quick to dismiss

Their new AI phone service sucks. It is not logical and takes too long. And, clearly there is no way to speak to a human. Worst of all, you never get confirmation that be the prescription requested has gone thru. Horrible service.
