Had a rough time exchanging my online purchased no one know what to do had to walked back and forth from department to department had an angry unprofessional associate that talked to customer like I’m one of his coworkers who screwed up in the 1st place… my advice if you don’t have a customer service skills and don’t know how to deal with upset customer who just got mistreated by your coworkers please just stay home and find something else to do.

I was gifted at Christmas l a hula hoop that snaps together sold by your store. The second I try to use it. It comes apart and flys across the room. Horrible product. I suggest you don't sell this .it's a total waste of money. I would return it ,but my daughter ,who bought it would be upset to know she bought me a peice of crap.poor choice for such a good store.

They have a selection but I don’t need to be in a “high pressure sales” situation with someone coming up to me every two minutes asking if I need help. I have people reaching out to me from work about things via text and while this was going on, I had every employee there from the store asking if I needed help. I was going to make a fairly big purchase there today but if I’m going to feel like I’m in a “full court press” situation then, I’m going to walk out the door without buying anything; as I did today.

Smaller store with a great selection went in looking for a water bottle found exactly what I was looking for in size and color staff was friendly and helpful

if i could give 0 stars i would bc they r idiot’s honestly i called ahead asking if they had something and with confidence they told me yes we drove all the way here just for them to tell us they don’t have it. Never again.

I’m only giving one star because it doesn’t give me the option of zero stars. I went in, and there was one cashier, smacking her gum, the entire time, and not calling for assistance once there were three or four people in line. I brought an item up to her That was on a rack that said 75% off and asked her to scan it for the sale price. She scanned it and told me it came up at full price and to go and read the fine print on the sign. And then watched me do it. No apologies for any inconvenience. I mentioned that they may want to relocate that sign as the fine print was very tiny and misleading on This $68 item And she said nothing. Very poor customer service— even worse signage. Absolutely would not recommend shopping in this store

Well-stocked and decently-priced sports store. I found the bicycle shorts I was looking for, and in the size I needed. The staff members helped me find them and check out quickly.
