I had to bring my car for service and inspection. The service department does deliver service with a smile. Their professionalism surpasses other places I have visited before. They even washed and cleaned the interior (which I do appreciate so much).They even video which is sent to your phone and the technician working on your vehicle reports any issues. I am very happy with the service. I do recommend that you take your vehicle to them.

Just had my car serviced there and it was a great experience. Friendly, helpful employees who went above and beyond to help and answer all of my questions. Loved the video of the one issue they found. Such a great add-on! This is the 3rd dealership that I have gone to for my regular services and was the best so far. And they washed my car before giving it back to me.I didn’t buy my Subaru here so can’t speak to that side of this dealership. The service side is great!

The service was friendly, professional, and fast. Joshua was great to work with.I really liked the inspection video that enabled me to see and understand the recommended services and repairs. I also appreciated how easy it was to approve specific repairs and services right on the website. I didn't have to stop and make a phone call in the middle of my workday.

Jim at Capitol City Subaru went above and beyond to make sure my car was properly serviced. I went in for an oil change and a couple other quick services and he made sure that everything was thoroughly taken care of, including staying late and ordering me a part that my car needs. Thanks Jim!

Whenever I go in for Service I work with Josh O'leary who always shows an unparalleled commitment to showing that he truly cares about your experience from start to finish. I found myself in a tough position today where I had gotten a flat tire on my work commute. I was worried about driving my vehicle on the spare tire and the tire looked like it could be patched. Josh was the first person I called and within 10 minutes I was there with no appointment necessary on a very busy day that they could very easily informed me they had no availability. not only did they patch my tire at a very fair price, I also had great communication through the automated texting directly to Josh and was kept up to date on the service start to finish while I left to return to work. The video provided during the service is a really unique and neat benefit here. I have experience with a lot of dealerships and nobody has come close to this scale of transparency. Highly recommend anyone needing their Subaru serviced to give these guys a shot.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Not only were we not in constant communication but we had to call every other day and then was told a generic answer for our questions. The staff here has no since of urgency or commitment to its customers. We found a vehicle that we loved put all the money down and 2 1/2 weeks later we don’t have the vehicle. We have asked for a refund yesterday and still getting told we need to check upstairs with the other department. This was the worst customer service I have ever seen and we both work in customer service. They weren’t able to check on the bank that’s on the west coast for why the money wasn’t released for a full week. Then we were told that the manager was going on vacation to Las Vegas and nobody could do anything until after the holiday. (That was on a THURSDAY!). We will never buy a Subaru because of this awful experience, they played games with us when we were trying to get answers and refused to be honors with us. It seems like at this location it’s always passing the buck and not wanting to take responsibility along with being honest with the customer. Never have we or I had a dealership hold my money hostage for two weeks and constantly have an excuse that blames everyone else but themselves, and then still pass the buck for getting a full refund. They have lied about when the car was ready multiple times one time we were dropped off by family because we were told we can drive it off the lot then they made us wait an half hour then told us no sorry you can’t take it. They didn’t even care or show any remorse about this. Again if I could give this place zero stars I would. Worst place to go for a vehicle and we will never buy a Subaru because of this experience. If this gets to a corporate level you really need to reevaluate this location and maybe get more workers that care about your reputation and about customer satisfaction.

I find the texted video from the technician conducting the multipoint inspection extremely helpful. It shows the thoroughness of the inspection and minimizes surprises when components eventually wear out. I have been a customer for around 8 years and I have received great service.

We worked with Brianna to purchase our new Forester and felt that she provided exceptional service throughout the process. She listened to our needs and was able to order and deliver a new car that matched our requirements much quicker than any other dealer. She kept us informed at each stage in the purchase and spent all of the time that we needed to understand the functions of the hi-tech options in the car. She was by far the best car salesperson we have ever dealt with.

Made appointment for oil and filter change and tire rotation. Waited in their clean waiting room which was comfortable and included free wifi, drinks and snacks. Restroom is very clean too! After the included inspection they also recommended a few other items which needed to be done. They asked before doing them and completed in a timely manner after getting my permission. Once work was done they also cleaned interior and exterior of vehicle free of charge.

I have always had a great experience with the service department, but this weeks appointment went above and beyond. They sent me pictures and videos during the appointment.This is so great, because if there is an issue that needs to be addressed, I can consult with my husband about what’s needed, in real time, with pictures. So helpful!Thank you service crew!

The service department at Capital City Subaru is top notch. The staff is beyond friendly, the work they do is excellent, and the overall experience as a whole is always superb. Had an exceptional experience in having a used transmission installed after I had mistakenly drained the fluid out of it thinking I was draining the engine oil. Capital City Subaru found and installed a used transmission with only 30K on it. Excellent communication from the service team to me while my vehicle was in the shop and I was given a loaner for the whole time it took to perform the repair.It wasn't cheap, but I was treated fairly and I thought the cost was reasonable given the work that needed to be done. Car runs great now!

Scheduled an appointment to see a vehicle, made it very clear I had intended to buy that day as the distance is significant between myself and the dealership. My appointment was scheduled for noon despite wanting as early a time as possible. We arrived, looked over some paperwork, walked around the car, and even test drove it. Everything felt awesome, super excited for a new car. Come back in, and am told the vehicle has just been sold to another gentlemen in the booth next to me who seemed to be almost combative with your representative. All staff seemed indifferent to the situation and was told they have no more manual cars. I'm not even upset that the vehicle sold, it's to drive 2 hours, test drive a car, hold both sets of keys and prepare for paperwork to be told it's not mine. Be weary if you're traveling from a distance.

This team has been great to me so far. I have had my Forester for about 9 months. I bought the vehicle in a rush as is. There were a few blemishes on the vehicle that I brought up after I had already signed paperwork. They had no obligation to take care of and the owner took care of all my concerns no questions. I've bought used cars in the past but this was a much different experience. Also shout out to the service center they make you feel like they actually value your business.
