Dear FedEx Team Concord NH. How much I appreciate all of you. We came into mail Christmas presents to Florida. It was a Thursday, the young man helping us was wonderful. He said “they would arrive the following Wednesday.” Well they arrived two days early on Monday! I was nervous about one item out of my large box. I was told not to worry he would take great care. He marked the box fragile no one would miss it. To my surprise, I arrived in Florida today 12/24 to unpack my gifts. To find this… wow you all are great. I am sorry I am forgetting the name of the young man who did right by me.

Several months ago I went to this store to renew my passport along with non trained staff around the passport renewal process; with caused a miss happ and me having to pay an extra $20 shipping fee the total cost was $500 to renew my passport. Bad experience never go there.

Aiden was an amazing associate to work with. He has so much patience and consideration and was also knowledgeable and helpful. Christian was also helpful when I went in on a day that Aiden wasn’t there, Christian knew the plan we had made and lended a helping hand. The icing on the cake was the lovely card in my order signed by all the employees. That was truly amazing and it’s how you run a great business. 10/10 and I will send all of my business there!

They have everything you need to print, copy, and ship. They have all kinds of printing paper styles and colors and they also carry shipping boxes and shipping supplies.

I've never had a bad experience at the FedEx Ft. Eddy facility in Concord, NH.In fact, I've never had even a mediocre experience there. .No matter who's on duty, I"m always greeted with a hello, "we'll be right with you", and when I get to the counter, the staff -- doesn't matter who - is efficient, fast, and helpful... especially helpful when I'm trying to keep the cost down. I like the energy there, and my packages have always arrived on time. I'm a fan.

My dad got Covid and needs 27/4 long term care. I am moving his apartment which he has lived in for 25 years. I shipped moving supplies to his apartment building. 2 boxes came early and I don't live in Concord NH. So I had them held at FedEx. I can't get them because my ID does not say I live at his address. They would not work with me at all. I have a FedEx account with both my address and his address and all my contact info. FedEx can send the package with this info but won't release 2 packages I have on hold, waiting at this not nice FedEx office. I don't recommend using this office as they have no compassion AND have no policy for people like me who have to take care of their parents who are no longer cognizant and cannot even dial a phone or come with me to the FedEx hold office to let them know to release the packages of packing material to me. Please come up with a policy to help people like me instead of being completely dispassionate and offering no solutions. I can't be the only one. I do see other Yelp reviewers who have had problem with the staff and some had good luck. Must be a shift problem

I paid $80 for important paperwork to be sent over night with a delivery at 8am...and it’s still not delivered and I am driving to NY where it was sent to pick up because a signature is needed for a very time sensitive move and it’s still not at the office...
