I wish I could give .5 stars this place is the worst I have not even had my nails done for 2 weeks and 2 fell off that they fixed i will give them that but they are acrylic and should be thicker then 2 pieces of paper in want a refund but know I won't get it I hope they see this and remedy the situation as I feel like they should want to put out good work and get repeat clients which I will not be returning

My grandmother wanted to sit next to me the lady said NO you sit here i didnt get half of what i wanted i said can i have glue on nails he said NO you dont want glue and
our polish was out of the lines and they where grouchy and rude

Popped in for a quick pedi and Ann was great at the massage.! She asked me to review while still in the chair then stood over me when paying, with the smallest tip amount being 25%. When I got home I realized the nails were not filed or shaped and they needed more clipping of the cuticles. Sadly, I could have painted them better myself. I’f you go, make sure you are happy before walking out. Lesson learned.

I came in with my best friend for two simple acrylic fill-ins, and the experience was disappointing from the start. I was quoted $45 because I wanted mine cut, but my friend didn’t get hers cut and was still charged the same, even though fill-ins are usually $40. They told her they couldn’t cut hers because her nails were “too thick from another salon,” yet we had the exact same set on—just from different places.
What really made us uncomfortable was how much they kept putting down Signature Spa, which is where we usually go. They asked us multiple times where we typically get our nails done, then proceeded to criticize Signature’s work, saying it was too thick and messy. Meanwhile, Signature Spa has never once insulted another salon and treats all their clients and other businesses with class. It was really unprofessional and left a bad taste in our mouths.
When I asked the tech to clean under my nails—something literally every other salon does—she said, “Usually you clean them in the sink, but I’ll do it just for you,” as if I was asking for something extra or unreasonable. I’m paying $45—yes, I do expect basic cleanliness and care.
The polish job was awful. There’s paint on my skin, the shape is off, and when I asked for pointier tips, she drilled them flat and too close to my cuticles. My fingers are sore, and it looks like I tried to do them myself at home. Nothing about them looks clean or professional.
To top it off, the bathroom was disgusting. Cardboard on the floor, flies buzzing around, messy shelves, no paper towels, and the toilet paper wasn’t even on the roll. It made the whole place feel dirty and unkempt.
We only came here because Signature Spa was fully booked, but it’s safe to say we won’t be back. The service, the attitude, and the results were all incredibly disappointing. Sometimes saving time really isn’t worth it. Needless to say we still tipped $15

Had dip nails removed and new put on. They use old school soak off method...dries out the skin on your fingers. Excess product left around nail.bed.
Will not be returning.

Have been going to Foxy Nails for mani-pedi for years. Oahn (sp?) is a 5 star technician. Best I’ve had, hands down - not just at this place but in all my experience. ) Convenient location.
