if you have a vehicle with a straight vertical back, go elsewhere for your wash. Their equipment does not touch the rear, and the people at the front end do nothing to remedy the problem. The rest of your vehicle emerges relatively clean, yet the back looks like it was never touched. To charge between $10 and $25 for such service should land these people in jail.

It's unfortunate this company took over so many good car wash places and ruined them. Plus their name sounds like a gay strip club. Washing my car at home now.

(Don’t work here unless you want to be overworked) This was honestly the best paying job I’ve ever had but came with the most headache I’ve ever experienced, mind you I drove 44 miles 1 way each day for this gig but here’s why I continued for about a year and a half; ya know..a non taxed amount of $80-$150 in tips every single day was not hurting me 1 bit but ya know what was? The constant need to urinate in bottles to cut the time into fractions that it would’ve normally took to walk to the gas station across the parking lot because if I didn’t do so there would be about 10-15 cars lined up by the time I got back and it was just preferred that we didn’t leave the wash unattended. The fact that I was closing that place for over a year straight & for the last 3-4 hours of the shift I’d have no one to help me, literally they only wanted 1 guy on from 4/5-close depending on seasonal timeframes. I love a hard day of work but that was absolute insanity working there with only 3 of us guys, pulling 55 hour weeks for 6 months lol. You guys are just fortunate enough to have such caring customers in the city of concord that made it worth my while to continue working in such terrible conditions for so long during that time frame that none of you needed to be there. Between being overworked & being mandated to spray the pressure washer in -10 degree weather and slipping and falling alongside an elderly man is where I just could take it anymore.

Got a car wash earlier today before getting my car inspected. Thought something was weird, as the guys spraying my car before entering wash were yelling to each other and even stopped the automatic wash as it started to pull the car in. He only stopped it for a few seconds to hear his coworker and then allowed my car in. As soon as I pull out of wash tunnel, I hear a strange sound coming from right side of the car. Luckily, I was already driving to have my vehicle serviced. Pulled off the road a few times during the 45 minute drive to see if I could spot the problem. Couldn’t find it. Turns out there’s a huge nail stuck in my front passenger side tire. Getting charged to have it plugged and will have to replace the tire.I paid for the wash in cash and was provided no receipt so I guess nothing will be done about this.I will not be returning.*EDIT 7/8/23*I have sent an email to provided customer service team email, which they listed in their reply to the review. I look forward to seeing how this may be resolved. I will keep this review updated as it progresses.

Does a fine job cleaning your car. The free vacuum area is a great bonus!

As someone who had never experienced a car wash with a conveyor belt before, I approached it with caution, concerned that it could potentially harm my vehicle. However, I must commend the staff at this establishment for their excellent service. Nevertheless, personally, I would still prefer a laser car wash over this one, as I believe it provides a safer option for vehicle care. It's important to note that this is solely my personal opinion and may not necessarily reflect everyone's perspective.

Bought a monthly pass. The guy said I didn’t have to put on the sticker on my window. The next guy says oh no you have to put the sticker on your window. I don’t want a bunch of stickers on my window so he wouldn’t wash my car. Made me go through without washing and didn’t even dry it. Definitely do not recommend it. It didn’t clean my car the way I wanted it to the first time anyway. Said he had a guy using the same barcode for five different cars. I’m working from out of state all the way from St. Louis and just wanted to find a car wash and this is how I got treated. Any other car wash scanned your license plate? Don’t have to put a sticker on your car so maybe they should update their systemServices: Auto detailing

Love their monthly wash deals. This time of year I wash my car daily so, having the wash pass is financially feasible

Bought the monthly pass. It makes sense if you wash twice a month. The new owners seem to be very customer oriented as was the previous owner.

I took my truck through it's dark blue and every bit of it was still dirty not sure if the unit is broken or if it's the worst car wash in the world I bought a monthly thing and I think I wasted my money

For $24 (the works) car wash I still had streaks and dirty areas, under mirrors, front fenders, and truck tailgate.

Cash or card only no Google pay. That was a bummer, but I give them a 5 star because the attendant still hosed the mud off my car, but didn't run the wash because I only had g-pay

Free vacuums work well but the costs of the car washes are higher than surrounding competitors. Got the short wash to try them out.... Got 90% of the dirt but left a lot of bugs behind. Friendly personnel who took time to explain the monthly wash program. All and all a good experience.
