I was a previous member of gscu for my first car. I then moved and started an acct within another bank. I came back because of the ease and friendliness of the employees and not being hit wity cinstant fees. I recently opened a business acct and was introduced to Jon Curtin and was not disappointed. He was super friendly and helpful. Highly recommended for banking and loan needs.

Just another bank. Credit unions were established to help their members especially in times of need, not this one. They're quick to charge you fees and extend you credit when your credit is perfect but when it's not forget it. I've had a mortgage with them for over 13 years and always paid it on time. Now I've fallen on a temporary financial hardship they offer nothing for options or assistance other than reporting my payment as late to the credit bureau and ruining my credit. Stay far away from this bank!

This place is the best I had financial hardship when I had bank fraud at bank of America fell four months behind in my auto loan and they were still able to work with me to make up my payments to not get repoed but i kept in touch

I would just like to take a moment to give some much deserved appreciation to the Staff in the Lending Dept. Aubrey Geddes worked tirelessly to help me get into the car I wanted. Her personality, knowledge, and Customer Service skills are worth every bit of the raise she deserves.

After years of being a loyal customer, and apparently never reading the fine print, I learned that transactions are not based on the day. They are based on the exact time of transaction. My in-person deposit was made right after the auto withdrawal, and the withdrawal had already been processed and denied. Never had a denial, low balance, overdraft fee. I guess that is worth nothing.

Worked with Deborah to figure out loan closing on a used car loan. She was extremely helpful and even stayed a few minutes late just to make sure I had everything I needed. Really made my day!

I'm letting people know that if you the disability.live or employment insurance and you go to use they will take there time getting you the paperwork,I let them know two weeks before the doctor put me on temporary disability I tried to get it and now here it is almost seven weeks later and still no paperwork,[i told them on 12/01/22 and now it 01/17/23 and still no paperwork, so thin k twice before you get the insurance

Only has drive through open??? This causes people to literally have to wait close to an hour to make a simple transaction or use the ATM. This has happened every single time I come here. Minimum of 45 minutes for a drive through atm.

I love them I get my loans only through them. I talked last time to Baylee helped me out with my loan application and she was really awesome and efficient and helpful but everyone I have talked to has been such a great help. Love this credit Union they give me feel the family values of banking where it doesn’t normally exist anymore

in order for my daughter who is not on my account to put money into my account for me I now have to pay a 10 dollar charge. She is helping me put my own money in my account and I get charged .that is crazy to me.
