10We've had to use 4 different body shops in the last 10 yrs and Guimonds is 100% the best shop for any reasons besides the excellent quality, they worked with us to be sure only great parts were used to repair our car and alerted us to some questionable ones that the insurance company had listed for they to use. We will only be using them if we ever need a body shop in the future.

They did a great job repairing a scrape on the side of my car. They completed the job quickly and were even able to complete it under the original estimated quote!

Terrible Experience – Extremely Unprofessional and Poor Communication
I brought a part to this shop to be painted, and was told it would take a few days. I waited over two weeks without a single update, so I called to check in—only to be told they forgot to call me and that they couldn’t match the paint because they needed a picture of the car (even though they already had the VIN).
I brought the car in as requested and was told it would be done in “two days, three at most.” Then—again—radio silence for another two weeks. I called again and was told they still hadn’t started and it would take a few more days.
At this point, I’ve wasted weeks waiting for what should have been a straightforward job. The lack of communication, broken promises, and general disorganization are completely unacceptable. I would absolutely not recommend this place to anyone looking for reliable or professional service.
After that, I picked up the part and went to a different shop that got the job done in two days.
