Have always had success here, but this time they had no cars despite my reservation. Reminds of that Seinfeld episode where he stresses the importance of HOLDING the reservation. Frustrating.

Extremely small rental car facility at the Concord Airport. Not much to it. Not a lot of cars. Yet, it is there and rents cars while having friendly service. Nice to have that option in Concord.
